I personally feel the adding of avatar characters is kind of lazy on su7 part.
Don't get me wrong the characters look good but I feel that by adding the characters to this game they avoid having to do the work and continue the bend or break 2 game like they promised. So it's like they don't even have to try anymore

Because it makes things easier in the long term. In the short term you have a nice easter egg for fans and in the long term you have working assets for your next project. It's a two birds with one stone situation.

Man, I rather prefer it when he draws them at least semi realistic like Supergirl or Vixen.

Why would they abandon the other body types for one, singular body type that works best on a select few characters? Variety is great, I would hate to see it turn out that way.

I think that in Themiscyra they all have the same body because that's the amazon body, strong muscular and perfect for battle, which I don't mind being literally the same it helps sr7, the problem is when it's the same outside the event or even for characters like Nubia or Artemis cos they come from a different groups of Amazons. Does anyone have pics that compare the various bodies?

You probably think that cause of the leash scenes in Themyscira and all of them have the same body and they just swaped the heads changes the skin tone pubic hair colot to match the charater.
That's a great excuse, but you can tell it's not true. Sure they're all ridiculously busty but there's variation across that collection of women that is not reflected in the leash scenes where they're literally all the same body with different heads and skin tone.
I mean yeah, I guess if you ignore the fact that the artwork we've seen of the characters likely to carry over to BoB2 don't actually all have the exact same blow up doll proportions. Korra's design on Themyscira is definitely stacked but it's not uber stacked.
