Its actually Bend or Break 2 but I share your disappointment..

Yeah based on what they're saying on the patreon post comments, I'm pretty sure it's just this. Said that there's more SU to come in the new year and that mentioning SU was specifically avoided when they said there would be a new content update before christmas.

Yeah that with the update was kinda bait-ish since some people didnt know about about Bend or Break 2 (myself included)

How is this not taking away from SU? People were expecting a SU update this month. If it wasn't taking away from SU, why wasn't this released alongside a SU update?

Are the subsequent BoB updates going to be alongside SU updates in the same months? Or is it going to be BoB update one month, then a non-update month, then a SU update month? How much is BoB going to be updated? Is it just a few or are we opening a whole new can of worms????????????????????????????

Have they fixed the obnoxious buttons yet? I played the game a long time ago, but the scene navigation is so bad it gave me brain damage. Not to mention the complete lack of gameplay.

The update is objectively bittersweet

The announcement of BOB2 is excellent and a great news and if we add that of characters that may appear (Asami Suki Katara ...) it can be a very very interesting game and a worthy competition for 4 elements trainer

but it’s just VERY GREEN it’s taken out too soon

If in this update the Halloween event of SU was over and at the beginning of the year, take out this game with more content and among other things the intro finished and not only with a few pencil sketches and a couple more scenes with Korra it would have been much better received


even so knowing that they are working on another game apart from SU makes me very happy

In September we told everyone there will be no further roadmap for 2019. Since that post we have released the following:

Sept: SU update, free for everyone!
Oct: Halloween Event
Dec: Bend or Break 2

Now as you can see we provided an SU update 2 months in a row! Not on our typical release schedule!!! This freed up time to work on something fun. If we were to go by our typical schedule there would have been ZERO update in December. So that is how this isn't taking away from SU.

As for BoB update schedule, it's a small game headed to Newgrounds with a Patreon exclusive build (more scenes). The next update to it should be it's completion.
