You can spy at the mother in the bathroom at 19:00 and in the bedroom at 20:00 (and even 21:00 when she got the boyfriend over before you depose of him). To get excited and up your depravity or whatever its called.
With such a big overhaul, you should start afresh.

My encounter with Dasha at the nightclub broke somehow, and I can't re-trigger it. What is the flag in the save you have to alter to reset the chain?
The Phone doesn't work in every version v22.qsp that I tried. Had to edit v22.qsp by replacing it with the Phone stuff in v21.qsp to get it to work.

How much new content there is?, is there something new with the mother and the sister?, it has been like 2 updates that i don't play this game because it is too heavy.

By compressing/changing format and removing rest of the gifs. No content cut, rather he added more content to it with 0.22
0.22 will be the baseline for further delta updates.
There is new content with mother, and new content with yana (stepsister). Plus there is more content with other characters. It has all been listed in detail here in the thread a few pages back.
For those who can't start the game, I had the same problem; You have to copy the "Son of a bitch! (0_22 ALL)" directory outside from the "СОБ_ 0.22" directory. These letters in russian seem to cause the problem.

Not cutting scenes but as I understand -- by "optimizing" the video clips. Probably better compression or re-formatting.
Download the english vanilla files and replace the start.qsp file in the assets/standalone_content folder withsob0.22en.qsp The menu will still be in Russian, but the game will be in English

Changed the bitrate of the webm files to something lower and removed a lot of the gif files. Not sure why he doesn't just use VP9 since it has better compression anyways but yeah, that's basically it right there.
