I don't remember, maybe because I saved Batrice early on, I know there was a choice at the beginning of the game to save Batrice. When you have the choice of meeting Adolfo or Batrice. Laura will go to meet Beatrice and then she is saved

If someone else dont have yet , so could download previous compressed game and compressed update only. Still a lot less to compress and to download as well.
I will waite 5 updates at least in the case to dowload 2GB + again
