If I might just say, this game did such an impressive job making me feel sorry for the protagonist that I'd like to formally request if this isn't the plan already that there be an ending to the game where the main char becomes more masculine, capable, bigger dick, etc and wins back the favor of his girl and maybe more. Sissification is fun sometimes, and the sub thing has its moments too, but I don't think I'd be satisfied until I'd helped this dude fix things and get the life he wants.
I'd even be okay with cuckold and sub and other more demasculating content and all that along the way to that ending, just adding to the narrative where you feel bad for this guy and want to help him, as long as he can learn from those circumstances and grow beyond them as an option for the player.
Keep up the excellent work in the meantime.

move around a bit the other locations and return back to bus and it will work.
Why it ends when you arrive rome and click "Go out"? Is not there further content? Or can someone load a save after go out to port.

No, there's no further content. The dev hasn't setup a sandbox mode for the ending yet either.
Speaking of Tiplick, the game The Company has a similar narrative structure to this one, but also isn't finished yet. Rather than just dead ending the game though, The Company just warns you the current story is over and then lets you play for as long as you wish. With each new update, any save beyond that end date will get set back to it for those that want to pick up where they left off.
