The developer vanished into thin air and no one has heard from them for a really really long time, so abandoned is about all we know.
and its sad that no one else can pick it up as it had high hopes for further play ability
as far as I know someone tried to revive the project but some others (from tfgames.site) began to threaten copyright and that's it, case close

Unless the people threatening copyrights are the porn studios that own the rights to the clips,images,vidoes used in the game which they most likely aren't they can't threaten copyright, so the game is free for anyone to pick it up.
