People complaing about Summertime Saga is very strange i mean he release's all his game builds completly free soon as right? certainly it has been an very long time since last release, an very long time but he is one of the best Developers i've seem out there.

Well, some people are supporters of his patreon, me included (though it's just a mere 1 buck). Yes, he does release his stuff for free, he may very well release the next update soon, but I wouldn't call him "one of the best developers". His stuff has great quality to it, in visual as well as writing, but the way the development process is handled seems off, atleast in my opinion.
Though I did give my opinion on that more often than not, so I'll just refrain from basically reposting that.
What I feel is currently the biggest problem is simply that people are craving for this update, and the "soon"-drop might've been a tad too early.

This is the result of two things: Frustration and Blue Balled Syndrome.
The frustration comes from this update that was big being sidelined by the Patreon thing. Not only that, they went YOLO on doing 4 teachers at once (as patrons requested) and fulfilling that while also redoing the story for Patreon. Not only that, you have a story redux among a lot of other things.
Blue balls comes from the fact that saves don't carry over, so this is the closest to a fresh restart in 4 months.
In that 4 month period, with nothing to do, people start focusing on the means of production which goes back to the Patreon stuff, which goes into the new coders, which goes into everything else besides the game because there's no new story or anything else.
Now, right at the time of release, DC is stopping this right at the edge of climax. Every person is basically feeling BBS until 15 comes out to give them something new to talk about.
You have no idea how much the same stuff circled around in the main thread...

I only just noticed the pattern a few weeks ago when I had to do some deep duty dungeon diving in there to see when the update schedule was.

On the other hand, this is a discussion about the game in an offtopic way, which I'm pretty sure would atleast allow for things sorrounding the game (development, the devs and potential influence thereof) to be discussed. As long as all discussions are held in a civil manner, I see no threat whatsoever.

Fair point, but you should never underestimate the human being, some people got way too much time on their hands, and way too massive egos. I for example got nothing better to do than to talk on forums about a porngame, and monitor each and every new message to potentially talk more. and yes, I am a sad being.
