thats what Akabur say himself at the end of this version. announce another char in the next episode. " a new girl will join"
i dont know how he plan it. maybe he want to put all the girls then go deeper in the story.
i m not against another girl, as i not very like jasmine, hermione and april.
for now, i only enjoy Ashelin and Lola. the others girls are not my cup of tea.
but it was like this before... when hermione pop up she doesnt have much , and then he added a bit of quest for her and added april not far after.
we'll see in next update. i dont know where it goes. but as what mentionned at the end, a new girls, a big buncho f new outfits for all girls and quests.... in same time, he want to make update smaller and faster... soo, i dont know.
I pledged to Akabur for a long time, and I stopped a few months ago.
I mean, I love the dude and his work. I honestly think that PT and WT were one of the best things even today in all of the erotic/porn game business. He was the absolute king back then. But he is not anymore.
No matter how you want to defend SC34, you can't. The game's not bad, it has a very nice feeling to it, but that simply can't justify 2 years. 2 years and it's only that. There's a shitload of adult game devs that did 3 times what he did in those 2 years. As someone that gave him over 80 $, I almost feel betrayed. And I say almost because the truth is I don't even care that much anymore about his work, Akabur's done.
And it's not even all about the game. On his patreon, we can see things like "I don't believe in taking days off". Lol... When 70 % of his patreon posts last year have been things like "Hey, I played that game, was good", "Yeah that one wasn't good I'm disappointed", "Fucking russian government annoying me when I just want to play games on the PS4". Nice holidays in Italy too.
Before anyone jump on me : I don't care if the dev isn't working full time on his game. I don't care if he takes days off (and I think every game dev should once in a while). What I don't like is that he's selling himself on his patreon as a very hardworking man that builds his game higher and higher every day. That's NOT what he's doing.
I also felt let down as a supporter when I heard him he was doing his turtle game. Like WTF, SC34 ep 2 took one fucking whole year to come out (only to be cleared in 2 hours hahahahahaha
), he took all this time saying that it was in order to optimize the game and get way faster for the future updates, and then what ? He throws SC34 for a few months only to develop one game that consists in one big h scene (the game is nice, don't annoy me on that, that's just not the point). This is simply spitting on his supporters to me (I stopped pledging when he announced that shit).
I think that what is happening right now with Akabur is that he's getting free money (5000$ a month, in Russia that means you can live pretty, preeeetty well) without having to invest much time and effort, and he knows that to keep things that way he just has to make funny posts on patreon once a week.

I don't have data to back this up, but I'm pretty sure Akabur has always been this slow. The work is great once it's all done, but expecting progress on any human timescale is folly.
Pledging to Akabur is a little bit like throwing money into a fire, you'll get warm feeling for a minute but there's probably better places it could've been spent.

also pledging for Akabur is pretty clear, he mention it perfectly. you have no obligation to pledge and can unpledge anytime and its just tip jar. so you not supposed to expect anything in return its clearly mentionned.
so if you expect fast work and great stuff , then Akabur is not your guy. peoples who pledge on him are perfectly conscient of that.

Yeah, pretty sure it's Laura, since she was in Magic Shop. I love Iris, but they keep hinting that Ash is this game's Iris, so... Also, I could be mistaken, but I think they mentioned her back in part one.
It took me a bit to figure out too, I think you have to talk to someone else to start it. She needs to learn how first.

Anywho, I'm fine with the update. I would have preferred Lora Croft to be the next girl, but the back and forth between April and LOLA was pretty amusing.
As someone who has been subscribed to Akabur since before he joined Patreon, back in his Hentai United days, I'm more than use to his long and methodical methods. Dude puts out quality stuff, it just takes him several years. If you need to jerk your wang so bad you can't be bothered to wait, well, there's there great place called the internet where you can find free porn. I'm sure you'll find something that suits your tastes, and hey, maybe check back in a couple years to see what Akabur has been up to.
Remember, it's one guy making this. He gets help for sure, but the story, the art, and a good deal of the coding are all him. But in an age where you can get most of what you want in seconds, patience has become a rarity not beaten into many kids these days. Guess being born before the internet was a thing has tempered my expectations, a true shame you youngins won't know the pleasure of being unplugged.
But yeah, this was an alright update.

same. my first path was both together ( because why not heh
, i like to "play" with them both, evenduring the slave roleplay ).then i tryd both separate to see if that impact on the game... but it seems it not impact much else than their reaction dialogs.

Its like a middle ground between multiple trainers. The sci-fi theme lets him play with many different characters, and he can create scenes where these characters interact, when they would otherwise never meet. Not that he'd really need to make excuses, since most of the time, when the actuality of something is questioned, more often than not, addressing it to himself thru the characters, he basically reply's "Cuz I can. Fuck you." While, yes, having a game based directly on one property would definitely let him make his games deeper(Metaphorically and literally.), that does cut him off to having to make MANY different games to satisfy his need to cover properties he likes. In SC34 he can play around with any character he wants cuz "Its sci-fi" or some excuse like that. Or he can make each game individually, giving games based on one property more content on the character/s you'd be training.

In the version for android, I play a lot of cuts in the scenes of making a promotional film and after a while it closes itself without any error message.
