Oh, there are definitely things hidden and I definitely want to know more about Tara. The good thing about SP is that it's not just the main characters that stand out, I like how Void works with the others, even with less screen time there's always the option to like one of them. Shower scenes are always hot and striking.

It's still weird to finally feel like part of Despina's team, before this the main plot revolved around our acceptance into the team and it... was a long road, I even wonder what awaits us now, especially looking at the roadmap...

We just need to try to be a little less addicted no matter how hard that is.
Its not that rare for updates to take this long even though the goal is 3 month. IRL happens, + sometimes reworking or debugging stuff hits a hurdle etc. The update is not the biggest but not that far, I believe Iris day3 is the biggest.
Future updates will no longer be focused on a single person as much as the day3-s were, but will have more diverse content.
(Altough story wise this was diverse , only the sex half remained focused around 1 person)

R6.8 is about 4000 words and ~30 renders bigger than the previous one. Then there's the new Android version, the compression, and a few more things!

Yes! Space mapping is always a bit tricky since it is a 3D space, but with how the Union is situated (bordering with the lizard people from one side, Tarnians from the other), the Periphery is actually the majority of their borders, with only a small portion somewhat being controlled (that's the "Shallows" with these ten stations, and "Deep Periphery" where there is even less civilization).
In R11, you'll see a proper 3D map of Despina's route, which will show you a big chunk of the galaxy with all its political entities!
Most of them do, yes! There are exceptions (Xapho, again, and some more outlandish alien species I will be introducing later). What should be noted is that it is still an imperfect technology that demands quite a skill and experience from the ship pilots. Screwing up during the jump can have some pretty awful consequences, one of which is getting slammed into some kind of place like the ship graveyard.
Ginny's operation is pretty cool imo, and you will learn more about it later!

Yes, but it is still hard to believe that such a long stretch of the journey is finally behind us, of course it will be interesting to explore the station more, considering that we consciously (not as part of adventures with other characters) visited a rather small part of it, the same market is practically empty. Well, Pike definitely join Lise in tech team, since they are buddies or something like that (at least Pike definitely know her well), so I guess we will spend quite time with them both, especially since roadmap putting them in pair.
As for Ginny, she will be one of main heroines and likely will have her own plot, different from others, but which one is hard to say...

On the thrid day with Amira I get an error "image amirastanding not found" Is it a bug or just because I continued a save from 6.6?
If I continue ignoring the error I get a second one overlapping the first error. I think it says "image amiraspeaking not found" but it's unreadable.
