Huh, now that you say it I must agree that the '2025' makes it seem as though this was the goal for this year, at least a little. But it's more intended as a planned content indication '2025 edition', as in published this year.
On that note, VoidPilgrim has stopped giving out exact dates for updates, only rough indications when nearing completion. I think typically an update takes about 3-4 months at this point, but don't take that as a definite number please. But taking that into account you can see the planning in question will take quite a while to complete, but I guess that is the price for a high quality product. So yes, it could very well mean year(s) before we get to R11.
Latest indications would show this assumption to be... incorrect! (*crowd cheers in the background*) VP has spoken of their intention to make more content with the pirate queen, even to the point she's considered a main LI if I'm not mistaken. Maybe VP will respond to this to make sure. But pretty safe to rejoice at future prospects regarding Eleanor.
no, she's one of the Main LIs so she is planned to even have her own marriage ending. It's just trickier to get there since she's so far more of an antagonist.

Ela is a part of the main cast, and as such, will be getting her own entire storyline, and unique ending! However, since she's not part of the Despina crew, it will have a bit different structure. That said, she'll be arriving fairly soon!
Nope, that's a roadmap released in 2025! It was made to denote the update structure; it's very much subject to change!
As for how long it will take, currently, each major update takes 3-4 months. There will be some fairly big workflow changes during the next year, starting with R7.5. Both of these things are aiming to push updates faster, so that I'm done with Part 1 as soon as possible!

Personally not a big fan of Futa on Male content from the male MC POV (I suppose the game is that only ? haven't played it yet)

Is there any in-game option to change the gender of the MC ? Maybe to a female or a futa also ? (which makes it at least futa on Futa ?)

This is one of the best games I've ever played. At first, I wasn't taking it too seriously, but as the story progressed, OOHH BOY! Everything started to get really interesting. I usually say that I came for the pornography and stayed for the story and its amazing characters. To this day, I remember being so immersed in the universe that VP created that I didn't want to stop, to see more of it. You can understand that everything where the game currently takes place is alive and being built gradually. It's already certain that when this first part "ends," SP will become an AWESOME GAME.

Judging by your post, I am afraid I will have to give you some bad news: This game is most definitely not for you. Which is fine; no one can like every game out there. If you need recommendations for other games, please do not ask in this thread, since it's against the rules and the moderators will undoubtedly delete any replies to your request before you will have a chance to review them. Better to head over to the relevant subforum and asking there instead.
Though I can give a couple of indirect recommendations (sort of) for other futa games, ones that my counterpart has been talking my ear off about (sort of) recently. Having a Hard Time and Eruption Imminent are two big-time favourites of hers, and they do focus on girls taking futa cocks up the cooch...as well as any other suitable bodily orifices, of course.
