Huh, makes sense that might have happened here. I did find it odd there were no reviews, but I didn't try due to not wanting to leave a review when there's nothing to the game, like I said.

it's truth, but it is much easier when ya create a task board, make tasks to perform, if ya menage it better. . .

of course i have no idea, if StarLord Games did make some kind of taskboard. . . etc, but creating it from Jun 20, 2019 and there is one Tatooine place/city simple character movement, no combat etc. . . it looks like bad menagement system.
He's outright stated before he doesn't like / want to use any kind of progress tracking. Honestly, it would just show how little gets done in development if he did.

Yep, in the Feb purge his quote of saying he doesn't work that way was scrubbed.

That's when i realized there was 2 releases in like 2.5 years, and not 2 releases over a few months like I initially assumed from the first post's change log.
I actually didn't notice this thread was from 2019, that definitely changes things. Sounds more like a straight up scam from the beginning than a lazy dev to me. I guess we'll see.

This is all that we have after 5 months of "full-time" development. Literally - it's nothing. What a shame.

The previous version was 0.1.1 this one is 0.1.5. I'm curious, where is versions between these two?

if the dialogue and interactions are in place, and _functioning_ backend then thats a big step forward. but if this is store bought asset as a temporary place holder then that your right it just continuing the scam

My guess is that .5 is beacause its a May realease

This is my development, I have already said that I do not use anything third-party, because it takes even more time to bring it into the form needed for the project than writing functionality from scratch.

I mean, your dialogue system works bad.
- player gets stuck after finishing dialogues
- when I try to choose some of dialogue menu - cursor dissapears
- AI generated voice not aligned to text
- player is able to move while talking to NPC
- Ryzen 9 + RTX 3060 - game constantly freezes
- you can press E while talking to NPC and get stuck

You showed in some video your dialogue system like year ago.
You spent 5 months of full time job on this release:
- fixing performance issues (still have most of them)
- adding day/night change (absolutley pointless at this moment)
- and making dialogue system (which works bad and still have zero content regarding to story IMHO)

My conclusion. We still have the same issues like in previous release:
- performance is bad
- colliders are missed
- audio problem
- zero lewd content in porn game
- zero story in story driven game

It's ridiculous.

I understand that build might content bugs. But in this case, they are not hidden. They are visible and shown on the surface.

"Good job" SW. I guess the next big step will be inventory or navigation map, right?)

aight, the game on GTX 1050 Ti is working in at least 30 fps. . . sometimes framerate drops to 20 fps or even more, it means the better specs needed. . . i know, i will get better specs soon.

a lot of objects in this game still don't have colliders, a few gates, don't have textures implemented,

i really like the voice of main character, but, ya could hire, more diverse people, i mean, the voices of black people, don't sound like one, ya could hire one, for Imperial Admiral for example, and other black people in game.

next the dialogues, i wouldnt say it ain't that bad, there is delay to start the dialouge, but why characters don't use mouths to talk? only one thing that is useless in dialouges to me is the phrase "Thanks for the info" especially in the used tone, just one simple line phrase, "Thanks" would be enough, cuz the actual one sounds strange, not really immersive. Another thing for downvote is that ya can't skip the dialouges, and if ya click multiple times "E" there, the voice lines are looping.

btw, StarLord Games can we meet, or see who did ya hire for the protagonist voice actress? could ya link here her socials?

When ya entering dialouge system, the character is sometimes moving, ya can jump, move form right to left, etc, if it was intended to be in the game, it is bad (it could be nice idea, if ya want to build a game where dialogue systems works like in Cyberpunk 2077, but for that simple type of dialouges, it is not necessery, not worth working on it further)

the map and map navigation could be really handy and option to moving faster while crouching, it would be cool too,

more i found the bug with i believe the Moera Pharmasy store? where there are two doors, one smaller than the other, i think the colliders, or trigger points, are colliding with each other, and while the character is going in the middle, tit triggers the two squares liable for opening the door, it is glitching the place, and after ya re exiting the building, the walls dissapear and ya can see the interiors, and be inside the walls, or ya can enter the place behind the bar where she is standing.

i would really love to see more types of faces to choose from.

the last one dialogues issue is there is one Rodian character on the right side of trading outpost, that don't have the name, and if ya go, and enter dialouge with him, the game freezes, there is no dialouge options to choose, the coursor dissapears, and ya can't do anything, "ESC" doesn't work, the only one thing ya can do i "Alt-F4" there.

Settings are still not avaliable for player to for example, change the volume of the music, voice, etc.

sorry but, i need to agree, that in this phase of development, the day-night cycle, is not necesserly needed, when ya basically have no story there, no contracts, no quests, no nothing to be used with this system.

the last question would be, is this game open-world? semi-open world? sandbox open world? or something like Tatooine in KOTOR game, locations in Star Wars Jedi Survivor? Cuz in this patch, when ya re leaving Mos Phalla, and goin to one or antoher direction, and going through the "dune sea" dunes, the game is stopping ya, taking you back, and player don't know if the oasis the farmer girl is talking about is accessable.

- you can press E while talking to NPC
This is a bug unnoticed during the build process, it will not be in the next updates.

For some reason, the build of the game automatically turns on vsync, which is why the fps does not rise above 60. This has also been fixed.

If honestly, I haven't seen a single open world game yet where its "openness" hasn't been expressed in spending half of the game time on running between points of interest. If you compress such an "open world" to the size of an average village, absolutely nothing will change in the gameplay, except that the player will spend more of his time on gameplay, and not on boring movements. Accordingly, I do not want to make such a game.

So, there will be locations limited in size (only limited not by invisible walls, as they are now, but by natural obstacles such as rocks, canyons, insurmountable dunes), and movement between them will be carried out by means of a "flight" on Shana's personal ship (it will be available as soon as at least one more location will appear in the game).

Also, making the changelog is a good idea when you post something. Because when you just put:
" something has already been added to it, for example, a dialogue system and time of day change system, also interactive objects and NPC. The purpose of this update is primarily to test the solution of performance problems. "
It doesn't describe the amount of work you did.

You have an extremely strange concept of "business", if that's what you call what has been cleaned here.
