Because they aren't supposed to be, that's only for slaves you specifically undressed yourself either individually or as a rule for new slaves in the RA.

Try reloading the save or restarting the game. If the issue still exists, then it may be a bug.

Completed? So It's finally not a buggy mess? Somehow that's hard to believe...

It's completed? That's actually surprising as I had figured this game would be going well beyond 1.0 before it ever saw a complete tag. Not complaining as this game is very well done and has good content. I don't wonder what the 'the end(for now)' might turn up in the future but that's for later dates to discover.

I wish he would still do a round of bugfixing though. For example, the tutorial is broken at the point where one would buy their first slave. So most of the mechanics are left unexplained.
