There is no new version for this game4 years without update but it's not abandoned.... where can i find new version without pay ?
On the patreon i imagineThere is no new version for this game
No there isn'tOn the patreon i imagine
So 4 years without an update and it's not abandoned? The game is tagged as complete. But can you consider a game complete if it has so many bugs? And all the sex stuff is unplayable. I think the author just gave up on this game and tagged it "complete" to imply that he won't continue working on it. But you only have to play the game to see that it's incomplete. I'll consider this game "complete" when all the 3D animations of the sex content are fixed, as well as other bugs that the game has. Don't expect any updates for this game, there aren't any, not even on the author's website.4 years without update but it's not abandoned.... where can i find new version without pay ?
ok, let me try to appeal to your inner gamer then.I mean. Thanks to that comments i know the game is buggy and unfinished so i will not download it.
The introduction and images were awesome but knowing the full history that´s it.
Even if free, one can make and opinion. As long as a moderator doesn´t need to step in because of some bad behaviour.
Very goodbut, you could download stationmaster, a free game that's buggy and unfinished, that you lose nothing for if you download it. you have wasted no money, might have a fun experience, and the only thing you might waste is time - but even then you don't care about time if you're trawling this website now, do you?
I just visited a mega link in OP and its there. Maybe you could be more specific on what problem did you encounter?does anyone have a download on the OG StationMaster ?
it seems i can't redownload it
I've enjoyed many hours in Stationmaster, but it's still a flawed and buggy mess with a huge memory leak problem that makes any sustained play unfeasible. I've also enjoyed many hours in Free Cities without any of these problems.but, you could download stationmaster, a free game that's buggy and unfinished, that you lose nothing for if you download it. you have wasted no money, might have a fun experience, and the only thing you might waste is time - but even then you don't care about time if you're trawling this website now, do you?
i get what you mean, but my main point was that the game is a free game that you waste a bit of time on and then move on, and in that time you might have fun, or you might not. of course the game's slightly disappointing, but i think i might be too biased; i've played so many games on here that have just been abandoned by the devs for no foreseeable reason, or have been rushed to completion and then forgotten about. and i'll be honest, this game scratches that slavemaker itch still have that can never be scratched. Monster Black Market sort of did it, and stationmaster too; but nearly every game that i play that could rival or even surpass slavemaker just...stops, or gets 'finished'. so i guess i've been conditioned to just like any game that has pregnancy as a mechanic instead of an ending, and a management system, regardless of how good it is.I've enjoyed many hours in Stationmaster, but it's still a flawed and buggy mess with a huge memory leak problem that makes any sustained play unfeasible. The bigger issue is the project's lack of a meaningful end. So it's been a few years now and I don't care to go hunting for specifics to reinforce my point, but if memory still serves the way this all got wrapped up was with the release of a 1.1 version that came unceremoniously after 0.6 (or something similarly jarring which shouldn't precede it). This was simply a quick and dirty way to end the game's updates and call it done. The dev's gone on to Quid Pro Quo, which got scrapped nearly as quickly as it was presented as a proof of concept, and then RoE - which didn't have much more longevity. But you know all that as your earlier post already elaborated upon.
Simply put, he doesn't have a very good track record is all I'm saying. Guy can conceptualize some great ideas and deliver the sales pitch, even if some of them are repackaged ideas from another game. But whether he bites off more than he can chew or just doesn't have the lasting power to see something through to its end, the state of all of his games so far have been development hell that leads to something unfinished.
I've continued to follow progress on SM2 out of curiosity, and because I liked what he was doing with SM1. But the slow updates/communication combined with the overall lack of interest in his recent work doesn't seem very promising. He's quit and moved onto other things over less in the past.

Both SM and SM2 are trying to be Free Cities in space, which is a great concept but the overall implementation is average to mediocre at best. FC Preg mod (gross content aside) isn't perfect but general implantation of what it's trying to do is overall better despite it being 2d/text only. With the general abandonment of WEBGL 3D art by FC Preg Mod and SM2 shifting to its new AI art engine, I think both are not headed into great areas. I get AI art is easier, but it's implementation is pretty sloppy.i get what you mean, but my main point was that the game is a free game that you waste a bit of time on and then move on, and in that time you might have fun, or you might not. of course the game's slightly disappointing, but i think i might be too biased; i've played so many games on here that have just been abandoned by the devs for no foreseeable reason, or have been rushed to completion and then forgotten about. and i'll be honest, this game scratches that slavemaker itch still have that can never be scratched.
