Steam is super simple to setup, just login with your account and all your purchase magically show up, then you just hit install and boom, wait to download then you get a play button.

Unfortunately this game isn't available via Steam in my country. But I will check it out on itch.to thx

Use a VPN and create an account that is in a country where "adult" games are allowed, example; US.
Im old, not obsolete

Problem is VPN also banned in my country. Cant use it for any app.. (Can use it only on browsers illegally)

Nah, they just need to flip the switch/upload it and it will be in your library, then under things you own and you can download it. It will be the same with all versions here on out, you own the game and will get all updates here on out.
You might even get a Steam key with it, a lot of Itch.io purchases comes with Steam keys.
