After that you should start looking to the keyhole in the bathroom in the mornings and also walk in.

I have not found any magazine in her room. I already have her key.

I also found this untranslated part with Jane in MC bedroom.

Yes, you have to have searched her room at least 3 times in the afternoon (it might be only 3 times) before you'll find the magazine.

I don't have the search room option. When does that show up? I've only had that when looking for the key.

It's only in the afternoons, which is when I'm sure you've been trying. I also think it may not be available on the weekends. Beyond that, I'd have to go back to look at my notes, which I don't have with me at the moment. Did I post about it somewhere here in this thread? I've posted a ton of stuff about how-tos in this game, so it might be floating around here somewhere.

Generally speaking, Ren'Py allows escaping characters with backslash, so 100\% will be seen as 100% but the % sign will not be interpreted by the code as anything other than a character to display to the player.

Yeah, there are several of those in the game. The way the dev handles it isn't with the standard translation files that Ren'Py provides. Rather, he basically has the original line (in Russian) and then a second line (in English) in the code, like this:

    doc "Д-да, я понимаю. Моя команда бросила все свои силы на его реализацию..."
    edoc "Y-Yes, I understand. My team threw all their forces to implement it..."

So any character line beginning with e is the English translation. I believe these are just copy-paste mistakes wherever you see Russian in the English version.

No, although I'm considering making one. I haven't committed to it yet, though. However, there are several events that are more challenging to figure out (I've seen many asking about them in the past), so I've listed those in various posts in this thread. You can search for my posts here and should be able to find steps for at least many of the events in the game.

There is no walkthrough. I've posted several times in this thread with steps to get through many of the events, so you can search for posts by me here and hopefully find instructions that can help. But there's no walkthrough as of yet. I'm considering making one, but I'm not quite ready to do that yet. Hopefully I'll be able to soon, however. A big part of it would be planning out how best to go about things so it's fastest progress / easiest to manage for players.

So if 1.6 content is only the Mother/sister bedroom scenes then I think I've caught up. I am however surprised that there was not a single choice given to the player. It's very railroady, despite how it was initially portrayed with that alter ego MC, how it all depends on your actions. I hope the dev does add some choice, otherwise, if there are outcomes not favorable to the player due to no freedom to choose/avoid it will feel bad. The Sarah toilet pee scene doesn't count as a choice in my book lol. I hope no BDSM femdom stuff unless player agrees.

I also hope that there will be a scene where MC wakes up when the mother is servicing him at night, or even for MC to grow a pair and tell these sluts to get down and be good sluts for him since that is what they want at this point.
