I haven't played it in a while but I'm pretty sure if you just finish the game you get an option to unlock the gallery at the very end.
Practically all mods for Ren'Py games work the same way. Unpack while the game is not running.
- If the result contains a single subfolder game, copy that subfolder into the game's main folder, where a subfolder of the same name is already located, and confirm that you want to merge the two game folders and, if necessary, that you want to overwrite files.
- If, instead, the result contains a single file (in this case Unlocker.rpy), just move or copy it into the game's game subfolder.
Sometimes i wonder who are these 200+ people who still subs to a patreon dev that already MIA since half a year amd likely wont ever return.... are they people who forgot to unsub or died while jacking off and none of their family know they have membership in 18+ game? LMAO
it kinda sad wehen i join he was at 650 and couple month later he was at 820 i believe. but he steady going down since then.
For most of us, such a subscription is real money. But for the kind of person who may spontaneously decide to fly to the other end of the world in their private plane, in order to spend 24 hours on their yacht -- it isn't. If I had monthly payments of 10 cents to the Stormside developer set up, it would take several years of inactivity for me to cancel that. If you are rich enough, it's the same with 100 dollars/euros. I am sure those who are still subscribed include at least some such cases. And some patrons may know the developer personally, or may otherwise have developed a (perhaps one-sided) personal relationship with the developer. Generally speaking, canceling a subscription can feel like hitting someone when they are down, even if it's not justified to feel that way.
Hope the game comeback someday, it is very promising game.
yep, i also a paid member for quite sometimes until they start to show bad sign all over.
the game truly had the potential to be one of its kind. but alas, there are no real consequence for an indie and a patreon one at that to basically ghosted and leeching off their patron, thus many did the same. the least thing they can do (and should do) are to turn off the membership but almost all of them never do that.
one can argue, they can basically go back to this side using a new alias, making new games then do the same thing all over again and no one can do shit. as it is for the best and for the worst for everyone to remain anonymous /unnamed.
Really sucks because this game specifically has such a unique vibe. There are basically no other decent games that capture this similar vibe of exploring domination/submission play with a classmate or friend group setting without crossing heavily into either rape or NTR territory. Even then most games tend to have some brutal socially inept loser or sociopath MC edgelord.
I mean yeah it does bump against that line with the body controlling devices but everyone involved being 100% consenting entirely sets it apart. In the current content the abusive Sasha route is probably the darkest one you can go down but even then she could just stop any time she wants and leave the program. It just adds a very different flavor to the kind of dynamic we've otherwise seen a hundred times before. Oh well.
The biggest shame is that the dev left before letting us smash best girl Akemi at least once.

Yeah... there's some other games in the same BDSM subgenre, but this one had by far the best dynamics between the characters and it's not even close. Sad to see it ended up in this state so unceremoniously.
is it really abandoned though? the dev makes videos and animations for other AVN devs, his style is immediately recognizable.
A lot of devs use the same model packs, that might be the similarity, and if you are sure it isn't just coincidence, can you give some examples of a release in the last 6 months that featured Atem's style?

Was fiddling around with search parameters when I got curious as to which abandoned game was most beloved (thought it might have been My Sweet Neighbors actually). As it turns out, this game is the most highly rated game on F95 to be abandoned...ever!
Just goes to show how much this game had going for it...
If only the dev hadn't shot himself in the foot by piling on ever more branches until the game became unmanageable for a dev team of one. It's far from the first game that has fallen into this trap and it certainly won't be the last.
A few devs learnt from it and came back to try again with a streamlined plan (e.g. The Dev of "Dirty Pool" came back with "My Best Deal," "Shadows over Manston" dev came back with "Defending Lydia Collier"). Mayhaps we'll see Atemsiel reappear yet.
