Straight?! is not like other 95% of games here. The Dev wrote about it hundred times. Luckily, the world, even that of F95 forum, is much more colourful. Some people even happily pay for reading gay romance with a minimum of sex.

Romance? The only "romance" is guy figuring out that he is gay or not that is not rly romance...Seems draged out in my opinion,and a bit cringey lol

Do not need help played it,its dragged out like most patrion games that leave any sexual or story progress at end of a game...We get shower scene that was like (SEX AT LAST) nop more dragging,more TO BE CONTINUED... Story is like 2006 ...
If you need sex, go to find it and do not to complain upon things where you totally miss the point

I tend to assume that some posts are made just to elicit a reaction for others. So I hesitate to respond, but in the end I am easily baited, so...
Certainly, everyone is entitled to their opinion and forums are a great place to share differences of opinions. I just hope that everyone also realizes that different people have different tastes. Personally, I love a hot, horny, one-handed game/story. But I also like coming of age stories and games that involve people navigating the early stages of relationships. And of course crazy sex-fuel space exploration...Spacecorps gets me going every time...but if I think about it too much, I won't finish this post.
If people didn't like this story, it wouldn't continue to receive support. So I guess, in short, enjoy what you enjoy. Support what you can support. Be grateful artists / developers share the creations with us and forums where we can share our thoughts with them.
Now, I am going to take the advice of a dodgy maintain man I only recently met and replace the thermostat in my poorly wired bedroom. Then I'm going to borrow some electric hair clippers do a little manscaping. I need to relax after a stressful day of putting a snooty coffee shop manager in her place. I wonder if I could turn my life into a story...
Loved the update. I clocked it a 90 minutes BUT I am a fast reader and I had to hurry because I had finish my work removing a wall in the shower area of my bathroom. (hmmm...I am probably pushing it with that last one).

You assume that the dev of the game is displaying little sex because he's "dragging the story" to "milk the patreons" whose only interest is to see a penetration scene. You might need to consider the possibility that the dev has actually a clear artistic vision for the game that is exactly what you are seeing (and which is not finalised in showing sex) and even that the patreons and the fans of this game are totally on board with it.
Clearly, your point of view makes it obvious that this might not be the game for you because you don't get the basics.

I can't believe my laptop's charger died the day this update came out now I'm just hoping lockdown to be over or an android port to come out, whatever comes first.
I think the sexual tension is a big part of what makes this story so endearing. Granted, I am an older man so maybe I see things differently but being reminded of my first love and the fear and anxiety and wonder that went along with it has me hooked on this story. This story has brought back so many feelings and memories of my younger days. If I wanted a quick release, I would watch porn, but that isn't what I am looking for in this story and I can not thank the author enough for that. I don't know for sure what the author's plans are but you can definitely see and feel his passion for this story so I think he is spot on. It is refreshing to finally see something different. This may not be for everyone and I understand that but I believe that this work will remain at the very top of my list for a very long time.

LMAO, scratch that. I can't believe how easy it was to make it work on my phone, android developers are amazing.
For other people who want to read it on android, there's an app called JOI Play. Download that, download another app called Ren'py plugin for JOI Play, download the VN normally, extract it, and the app will take you through making it work. It's literally as easy as choosing the *.exe file in the directory from the app and then tapping on the icon to play it.

Since you're new around here, I'm going to assume you didn't read the other 50 pages of discussion just like you didn't read the game dialogue. A couple quick points here and then I'm going to encourage you to go check out PornHub while you pump your dick under the bridge you crawled out from.

Which means, I expect the audience to analyze things like adults. That doesn't mean "porn." There's a lot of things about relationships and sexuality to unpack in this game and to adequately tell that, I need to put an adult tag on there. So "adult" here is used in the legal sense (18+ and hopefully you are if you're here) in addition to "adult" implying enough maturation to handle and process the content like someone with a functioning frontal lobe.
3. The game is free. I distribute it for free personally and I've always distributed it for free. I'm not sure how that equates to "milking patrons." The game is not pirated here. I upload it myself as well as upload it for free on Patreon and itch. I operate solely on donations and have publicly denounced monetizing aspects of it or using ads because I wanted the story to reach a wide audience--even if they couldn't afford it.
4. Be freaking nice! While everyone has their opinion, I don't take feedback seriously from people that just troll. I'll also note that you're one of around 5 people with this perspective since the game started in 2017, so your opinion is in the minority compared to the other 50k~ downloads per update; maybe you're less progressive than you think. When you get finished writing your own highly competitive game that makes all our collective pussies pop, DM me and I'll give it a fair review. I only work 50 hours a week on this one so it should be no problem for someone with your vision and highly attuned senses to avoid milking people.

To the other people that posted on here, I appreciate the warm words regarding the new update as well as the continued openness for this game in contrast to what most cookie-cutter devs do with the adult genre. I was nervous about my vision from the start with this game because it was so different and I still can't believe that so many people are down for the ride and so invested in these characters. I appreciate y'all and it's just cool to see people get motivated and energized by something so personal to me. So thanks again, v019 was another rough one. Hopefully the last couple updates will go smoother and be less intense to write

Having finished the update, and since the developer/writer is here, this update is what you mentioned multiple times in earlier releases: the beginning of a significant difference between the routes.
I think I know how you'll answer but it doesn't hurt to try. The characters' development and personalities aside, is the route-exclusive info (Cody's involvement and Ernie) "true" in both routes?

I guess i wont take an official canon stance on this however I've weighed in on the Discord about this a few times and have my own personal thoughts and intentions when writing it. Essentially it's an alternate universe sorta thing. I view the routes as opposite and cannot coexist. The routes are either/or. Both routes have their own reasons and each specifically addressed an aspect of relationship communication that can be a problem as well as showing a way that two people, who really like each other, could work through it if they really wanted to

I just realized thinking about your answer that now that the routes split in a significant way your workload will double. You're one of only a handful of gay devs out there and the only one (to my knowledge) writing an adult story that isn't gratuitous porn.
I hope you're doing well and that you take it easy but simultaneously am dreading the inevitably longer waits.
