Even if you get the same answers the next time you might get another one which is crucial.
And in some cases you have to repeat this when the opinion is high enough.
Too much content and story progress is hidden behind easter eggs...
Yes, this is one of the frustrating things about the game. Even if the MC visit people again AND raises their opinion, the player still may need to look deeper into the dialog menus to determine if a new dialog option appears. This needs some kind of notification system telling the player there is a new dialog option (e.g., some games put a (!) next to the menu or the dialog option to indicate there is something new.
the dev NEEDS to get rid of the randomness completely it's a massive pain in the ass i can't get the step mom to catch me jacking off it's always alexa

you can't, them scenes are not in the game yet
when you go to sleep, there are arrows above and blow the time, click on them, or just keep using rest for 1 hour
