The best reward MC can get with the latest update is to jerk off on her. You will need to get to the point where MC takes Lisa and/or Anna for a full-nude photoshoot. I'm not sure if there's a trigger. I don't think I needed to do more than 3 or 4 topless photo shoots with Lisa and Anna, to get to the next step.
Is it just a case of keep doing the photoshoots until they offer full nude or am I missing a trigger elsewhere? At the start of the nude shooting there was a suggesting of including OS but no option as yet.
If you don't see the message about sexual tension increasing between MC and photographer, then more photoshoots won't help. Sorry, I don't know of a specific trigger. If there was one, it was just something I did without realizing it.
