Guys can some one tell this

I think it's already patched then ported to android. If it is not there find the file directory and put the patch in game folder of the file. (by default, it should be inside Internal Storage > Android > name of this game > Game (folder)), I can't guarantee it will work but give it a try.

You don't need to. In fact, there is no such option. You just need to progress your relationship with her and go to sleep in your room at your old house. During the night choose "Yes, I'm curious" when you hear a noise and you'll find her sitting on your bed. Choose the option to "Invite her to stay" and progress from there. At some point you'll see, at the top right of the screen, the little circles that indicate different "views" and there you'll find the other granny "spying" on you from the door.

You have to be Brigitte boyfriend and be caught by Lauren sneaking into the home at night i believe, after a while Brigitte will catch you and Lauren sleeping together and eventually if your stats with them are high enough she joins you.
