1) Work at diner and give judge key to extra room.
2) on same day go to police station and wait for cop to give ride at end of day.
3) If it works there should be some dialog and when you enter room with cop the judge will be there.

For Car Wash event just watch SEVERAL times as she washes the car on SUNDAY.

I like this game but honestly it's a pain. I wish there was an in game guide that helped you understand how to progress relationships. I also wish you were able to skip the family dinner without pissing everyone off. You'd think they'd understand you're working to help them pay the bills why the fuck would they have a fit if you're too busy working than to show up and have dinner with them?

Using the cheat mod helps. There is a guide but it is basic guide as the game was a really wicked RNG element to it. For me this game is in the top 5 for games with the worst grind. Love parts of this game, really hate other parts of it.
Devs will make games with amazing content but hide it behind the most egregious gameplay and then they will complain how their patreon numbers are lower than devs with worse games.
