You can ask Jill or Lil to cover dinner for you. It will reduce the hit on their opinion of you. You can also gift them cash or have lunch (at noon) with whoever is there.

You have to browse for a job on your phone. It takes a few times. Once found, go downtown and talk to the lady. Start with Lisa (mom) by asking her to go at 17:00.

A little additional info.
After each photo shoot you will need to search again to get another session.
You can also use one of the cheat mods to bypass it or prevent time from passing while you search.
So I was trying to analyze why I like this game so much. It is grindy, which is bad, but it is incremental, so number go up, which is good. There is usually so many different things to do, so if you are stuck on one path, there are usually others to progress while you try and figure out which route in the walkthrough is hanging you up. In a number of cases, it is just one scene which can only be done at one time or after a certain series of events... or random. It would probably help if there was some sort of clue to when there is a bottleneck scene that is easy to miss. I was stuck on Aunt Kate for a long time with everything listed as drained or not effective before I found the right combo of events that let me move forward. Also, though I am at step 11 on the Apartment Party route, I can't even begin the Police Station route for Violet, so there is another blocker there I need to find.
However, along with the "number go up" play style, which scratches an itch, there is usually a reward each time, though often just a small one. Something this game does better than just about any other game I've played is that after you've "won" a girl, it isn't over. They often have interactions and group events, and even random events with other women. This adds a lot of fun while you are still working on some of the other routes.
In addition, the game nails the writing. I'm not talking about spelling or grammar, as that needs a whole host of work, but the dirty talk during scenes. Without destroying the time budget for scenes, the graphics can only sketch in the action at best. The dialog may be unrealistic, but it is hot. Each woman has her own voice and agency, and they carry it through the scenes well. A lot of the fetishes it focuses on are bullseyes for me as well. For example, Lily is a great example of a cuckquean, without making her submissive or pathetic. She enjoys sharing, and has a ton of scenes with other women where she is an active participant, but also enjoying watching you with others. I am, of course, playing with the family patch, so I don't know how much that changes things, but I love how different people react to the revelation. It also has a feeling of corruption, while then subverting it as you find out they were in on it all along and were seducing you instead.
I'm still not finished, as I've hit another bottleneck or two as I mentioned, but I'm plugging away at making the numbers go up. But even so, I do have my two cents of suggestion that I'd like to give. I have read the developers explanation about why pregnancy cannot be added to the game, and I can respect that, but I'd like to suggest just adding the appearance of a chance of pregnancy. For example, an additional step along a personal route, or perhaps a competitive route, where the character announces they have or will immediately stop taking the pill, with perhaps to some changes in dialog if the question of protection comes up or during creampie scenes. The PE Teach vs Literature Teacher has something similar, but only a hypothetical where they suggested they might do it in the future. It wouldn't need any payoff, as the characters wouldn't get pregnant for plot armor reasons. So it would only be changes in the dialog.
Now, it has been seven or eight months, and a couple of versions I think, since I saw this question asked, so I wanted to revisit it. It may have been asked and answered more recently, and I may have just missed it. With the bank manager route, you get a dire warning that you are about to become a criminal and that it is a point of no return. I'm curious if this is just flavor text, or if there is a dichotomy planned or in place in the game where you can proceed to the end as either a righteous (relatively) fighter for truth or criminal mastermind. It does appear that the bank manager is locked behind the option. And though I would hate to miss out on a girl, her attitude and lack of group options means I would rather skip it all together rather than make a unfixable mistake.

What time are you going to the station?
During the day, you can get a "Naughty..." option to go to the storage room.
- Leads to anal (requires fucking her first from ride home)
or
21-24 She'll offer a ride home. (Also, there is a chance she'll give you a ride when arrested during Ren's night event)
- Creampies
- Possibities with Motel Manager or Judge. I haven't seen the judge other than in the image files.
Bank Manager: Dunno, but we can corrupt the defense and the judge. So that may factor in us joining our dad in jail or whatever.

Turns out it was bottle-necked by not having gotten a ride home by the detective. Once I did that... things proceeded naturally.
I think my bottle-neck with the lawyer is being held back by the secretary. I had avoided moving her forward in order to stay on the right side of the law. Doing what I can with her now.
However, we are starting on having to choose sides. Honestly, since I've been playing a goody-two shoes (other than telling every woman they are the best, which I think might just be good manners) I kind of think I want him to stay there. I suppose replacing him at the bank and making fat stacks, while also asking his family members to testify against him is a valid course, but I can't see his lawyer being happy with that outcome.
Perhaps it isn't realistic, but much like getting a massage, I'd like my games to have a happy ending...

How to get the anal scene with Victoria? I booked an appointment on a weekday and clicked naughty but still haven't got that scene.

The secretary's night adventure don't get you into too much trouble. Even when asking the cops about the graffiti, they blow it off as no biggie. Things that (could) happen when arrested.
- Mom (Lisa) yells at you on way home, but then you say sorry with a roadside cunni.
- Ren give you a ride home on her bike (same as end-of-night ride homes)
- Hotcop (Violet) has sex through the bar while other hot cop (FemOfficer (Margarita)) watches
- Receive an IOU for special time with Ren at the office once her allure is high enough. Watching the front desk so she can take a break on weekdays also gives partial IOU's. FLawSecretary.ToPayOff is the tracking variable for the IOU's
You can boost Ren's allure by repeating the weekend cunni with FLawyer (Vicky) Ren will walk in and watch. Later you can include Ren.
I've not played this part out yet, but looking. She state she doesn't want to do that with people walking around on the weekdays. So try again on a weekend. 10:00 - 12:00. You will see her walking into the office. Select the office and call up. She will sneak you in.
This Post has the cheats to repeat the action in a day.
That is the bottle-neck, I have no cunni option on the weekend, only foot. I have done everything I can that raises Lawyer's number. I have done weekends route up to 5 (feet, which is a bit of a turn off for me, but required). Office partners can't be triggered until weekend is completed. Girlfriend route is done up to 6, and step 7 requires step 7 of weekend. I've done apartment party up to 11. I'm going to try and move things forward with Judge to try and get grip of law path started, because I've done weekends, girlfriend, and party events over and over with no progress, not even any numbers changing. I thought that if I moved Ren far enough (34) I'd get a different weekend option (as stated in the walkthough), but I have Ren to 55 and I'm still not getting cunni on the weekend, so there has to be an additional event needed to trigger it.
Allure above 90, Opinion above 30 and she has to be your girlfriend. Take the naughty option, the take the option to exit. That "should" trigger it
you just need 3 hand jobs and an opinion above 40 to start the cunni option. No footjobs required.

Try Naughty talk. This should open cunni. After a few cunni's go back to HJ and try for BJ, which opens asking her to be GF.
For Ren, you'll need 40 for IOU HJ (Collect IOU from getting arrested or covering her desk), So after getting Vicky to be GF do a few more cunni's at some point you can ask her to join, but she'll run away until
I just finally got some more dialog. I reloaded, and verified. When I let Jill take me to the Residential area, then skipped time, she drank and kicked me out. When I slept, then walked down there, she went forward with new dialog. Perhaps I didn't wait until she had been drinking long enough for her to want to go further. So I let Jill drive me, then I waited twice, and still got the new dialog. I even tried waiting three times and got the new dialog. So my mistake was thinking that triggering the party was the same as long as I hit the window. It makes a difference if you arrive on time, or fashionably late. Hopefully smooth sailing from here.
As for future content, I'm hoping to get the hotel manager's daughter and the art teacher's daughter. There are girls on the cheer squad that could fit the description. Which may open up future events with cheer captain and gym teacher. Though right now, the developer seems to be heading more into GILF territory, which isn't my personal cup of tea.

Jill gets you there at 20:00, I normally go in and hang with Mia, as you need this to get Jill and Mia to do a double dance.
But it takes a few times with Vicky before she lets you sleep on the couch, and then some more before she leaves the bedroom door open for you. After you get to the sex part, ask her to go raw in the morning (3x), and she'll finally agree
