the artwork just top notch but the UI and the story just fucking horrible and my god why this game can get on steam?

Is there anyway to to get rid of the full screen and play it windowed?
I edited the config file and change the FULLSCREEN = yes and it just made things bigger than before and still full screen. I tried changing the resolution variable to Auto, Game or Desktop, none of them seems to make a difference.
