If I am not mistaken, Nixie is not dead if you "Leave her here" during the shennanigans where MC, Torr and Candy sneaked out to the waterfall. At least, not explicitly mentioned that she died but you cannot access her profile because it is locked. But it is no longer relevant now since there will be another way.

Yup. That was a mistake I made while coding. A few people pointed it out and it's fixed now. The new condition is to either have 6+ affection w/ Seira or hug her when you see her back at the village later.

They are compatible in my game. I was working on a lore section to explain stuff like this, since there's quite a few things going on in the universe of my game. But coding the lore section with a cool and attractive interface is still challenging for me...
Thinking about the lore section, it is cool to have it in game. But what is cooler IMO is that this lore section can be developed into its own standalone addenum game
, with Zycris flying over the different races and mythology to explain them complete with illustrations, animations, musics and sound effects. Some characters can explain their races instead of Zycris explaining everything. You can even make it interactive. The origin story of the spider beast ( Mistys's dad ) can be made into a full short story most likely narrated by Misty herself. I think this is normally done in anime or manga.

This is definitely a lot of work and should not be done now but later, much later if decide to go commercial, then you can make this reality, if it make sense and fans want it. Of course, the first thing to do if you go commercial is to replace HS renders with assets you acquired the license or right for.
