Yeah, that's in the plan. Haven't gotten to it mostly cause I'm afraid that introducing a "you must put on a condom" step in the middle of a sex scene will break it.
The next version has at least 2 new scenes with additional such opportunities.
In theory yes. I can't promise that there won't be any weird side effects though. The character images are a finite set so no matter how you modify these parameters if there are no suitable images, either the characters attributes will change to match the images or you will get masked default images.

It gets triggered around July 1st of the first year. If you haven't seen it then you won't see it. If you are playing on a save game that got started before that story got added (I don't remember the version), then you won't see it.
Yeah I'll look into it. It won't be easy so not sure when I'll get to it.
That indicates the relative sexyness of the clothing/pose. So 0 is totally conservative, 3 is underwear, 6 is topless, 9 is nude, etc. See the PDF in the game main directory for more details on what they image file names mean.

I started a new game with 0.5f and I seem to be unable to hire strippers or reassign employees as strippers when other clubs can.
I have every room built that I currently can, aside from a 4th bar. I have plenty of dancers who should be plenty lewd enough.
Am I having a brain fart and missing something, or is something borked?

Not sure if anyone's like me and prefers to bulldoze their way through games like this with OP characters, but here's a text file of max stats for MC that I copy/paste into my save file whenever I start a new game. Just open your save file from the StripClubWars\runtime\save_files folder in a text editor, find the MC stats (usually I just do a search off of current money), and layer the stats into the same place. Saves a lot of time over changing them one by one 
You can also change your current funds this way, I usually don't so that there's still a challenge, OR you can change stats of other characters by searching for them if you have a specific one you want to doctor. Hope this helps someone, happy jerking

What file controls the population data? I want to have less old and fat people.

OP already confirmed that doesn't really work. The game population data is made first, and pictures are chosen to match them, not the other way around.

Do you have available lockers? Even when reassigning, you still need one empty spot to make the re-assign. That'd be my guess of what's going on. (Can you reassign other jobs? If you can't that's the issue)
If that's not it, verify that the law to allow strippers is passed.
The ages for most characters comes from the archetypes.txt file. The physical attributes (which include body shape and fitness which is what determines if someone is fat or not) are values 0-100, using a normal distribution with mean of 50. This makes values around 50 more common and the extremes very rare. That formula is hardcoded an there's no way to override it via the data files. If you want less old and fat people your prior thought of modifying the archetypes.txt file is probably your best bet, although as I said before it may have side effects.

I can assign other jobs. The law to allow topless performers is passed, and other clubs are hiring strippers.

partially true, there is an extra step, the game creates stats and then chooses the closest image to the stats and then edits the stats once again to match the image, but this doesn't work for age, only for body shape
I understand and at least put videos of porn sites, as close to AI generated characters as possible as a sex video of a blonde, redhead, ebony, etc.?
I like the idea of the game but at least in the start the pricing system is busted.
Here I have started selling $64 drinks from the start and the customers keep buying them. As far as I can tell they don't hate it either, there doesn't seem to be any fame malus or anything for charging massive amounts for drinks and the customers seem to keep buying them as long as they have enough money. Only after you start charging $128 do you stop getting customers, but this also seems to kill the customers bases of other clubs as well. After a bit of testing the customers seem to be willing to buy drinks up to $83 when going by 10% increments.
