What choices trigger Evening15.webm and Evening16.webm (both in part8 folder)?
The first one looks like its for the sister, and the second one for the mom, but I can't get them to play in-game no matter what choices I make.

Hi there I love this game, not too much text that it becomes a chore to read through like some, and much variety in what can happen and the photos and videos chose are great. It did make me think I would like to be in a relationship and snuggle up against someone, but then I realised I want to be the woman in that scenario, and that ain't never gonna happen. At least these games can let you fantasize.
They are both variations for the sister path if you answer that you like females only and don't have side effects that would make you too horny. 15 is if you are in chastity, 16 if you are not in chastity.
I'd be really eager to know what happens, if the copyright-owners of all those stolen pics find out, that someone uses their material for building such type of game. Whether it's distributed for free or trying to get money out of it, that's not the point. As soon as you distribute copyrighted material, it's a violation of copyright, isn't it?

Second, most sane people and copyright owners don't care that much for single or couple of pictures or a short clip. Especially if not used for profit.

Yes it could possibly be argued that it is a transformative work in court. And that's the key distinction. There's a reason why cease and desist letters still work even when there is hardly any legal precedent to back them up. Most people making these kinds of things can't afford to take the issue to court regardless of whether they win or lose.
There's tons of games like this using copyrighted photos, its not like this one is unique in that regard in any way. And these types of text-based games tend to not attract much attention anyways so I doubt they get on the radar of copyright attorneys all that often. There are also ones that use pornstars by name, effectively using their likeness. Actually I would be more worried about using any non-porn photos since those companies may be more worried about damage to their brand by being included in a porn game, but most likely they send a C&D and that is the end of it regardless. Anyways game seems decent so far, hope it continues to progress.
