Most likely duos shall be:

Vi-Ines = C'mon, Ines is dropping that left and right.
Elspeth-Vi = Els is well aware of Vi's infatuation of Valentine, and she doesn't seem to be bothered by it. Now, that doesn't strictly mean Els will be okay with such arrangement once she and Valentine commit, but still.
Amrit-Kana = Amrit is bi through and through and Kana really likes her. IMHO, this is the most likely duo there is.
Amrit-Ines = Those two are getting closer and closer, and when Valentine says shit like "porque no los dos" they know they'll end up being fucked by him together.

I didn't say they'll all happen. IMHO Vi-Ines, Kana-Amrit, and Ines-Amrit will be possible, but I won't write the others off yet.

I can't see Vi-Ines. It would have already happened. They are each other's support system and won't jeopardize that for sex.

Els-Vi totally makes sense given the competition and Amrit-Ines based on their bantering relationship.

Kana might be down for a threesome with Amrit but not an actual throuple.
