I can't fathom how, in a story with Ines, Els, Kana, Amrit, and Vi, how someone looks at Serena and her lack of screen time, and goes "Yup, I pick this." She spends most of her scenes complaining about the cat or with a cock in some part of her despite the fact she's probably one of the smartest people in the entire cast.

We barely get Serena flexing as a lawyer. Els doesn't suffer stupidity, so she wouldn't be as close to her as she is if Serena wasn't capable of challenging her intellectually. Instead Serena is basically treated like one of the ring girls.

Kana = Decent pick for MC, same as MC, she has her own baggage and they'd be good moral help to one another.
Els = Like I mentioned, Serena and Els are my favorites because they'd be great pick for MC. If Serena really is not available for end game, Els takes win by a significant margin. She's amazing for MC and someone who truly understand him.
Amrit = They share their love for MMA, but what else? Oh, don't get me wrong, I love her character and if I was living in that world, I'd go after her, but she's not what MC needs to mentally heal.

I'm not discounting other girls because they're not good looking or such, but rather thinking of how good of a match they're with MC suffering from some severe PTSD. And in that scenario, only Serena and Els are mature enough to stick around.

Vi and Ines are both too young and lacking life experience.
Amrit might be a bit too used to her mentor and wanting him for "wrong" reasons.
Both of those are too young to be saddled with person that needs to heal himself before he can develop healthy long-term relationship.

Writing off the rest of the cast doesn't change the fact that Serena is a sex doll with less than 1% of the dialogue in the story. If that's what you're into, go for it. There's a major disconnect for me between the potential Serena could have had as a character and how she was actually established and presented.

That's fair, and that's approach I understand.
But it's exactly that potential that I value in her. I see her as potentially great LI, if she had more time.

For other girls, like I said, I don't see them as good match for MC and that's it.
I'm running saves (or did, before game got Steam release and now need to re-do all of them) for all girls, so I'll see all content, but they're just not doing it for me relationship wise.

ah didn't know that I can barley remember that AVN as I didn't like it at all. I had to force myself to finish it. I remember feeling that I wish even the main girls had more to them I barley felt like I had enough time to even really get to know most of the main girls well enough. I imagine if you liked Aoife the other one was Lyndie since that was the possible throuple. That said, if you say Kim, I'm gonna tell Ethan to go all in on Erynn and make you watch.

If I could suggest, do the Kim route, as Jade says, that one has ... fun development.
Beatrix was kind of harder to get if I remember correctly, since it clashed with Lyndie/Aoife.
Need to replay it myself at some point.

I actually like the whole cast in Author. Kim can't be his pick because that twist is memorable and he doesn't remember. As for it being OT, I have no idea. I can't explain the mods.

I do think the writing improved between Author and Unbroken but that's to be expected. I'd be interested to see how a Kim like twist would get handled given the dev's current level of experience.

just looked it up thanks to MiltonPowers thread it was Dru who was my 2nd favorite because of her eyes if I recall and im sure a few other reason been to long to remember why now. Funny enough in this game I ended up liking Kana as my 2nd favorite because she somewhat reminded me of Dru not because their characters are similar. But her eyes reminded me of her because how beautiful and pretty they were. ( This was when I used to care about looks of a LI when I was new to AVN's.)

Yeah, I feel like she will probably get an ending too. It may not be as deep or as long as the main girls, but I think she will get one at least.

I do wish she was a MG though, cause 1 more wouldn't have hurt and she would of been my number 3 probably, behind Els and Vi if she was.

But at least my dream throuple is likely with my top 2, so that is what I am looking forward to, their threesome will be legendary.

I'm gonna jump back in because i feel responsible for starting this back & forth. I too am a Serena simp because when this game first came out years ago, her render was the first render i saw & i am a sucker for blondes. I only made it i think up to the third update on my first playthrough and I did notice how little content/development Serena was having but i thought she was just going to pop back up again on a large update. The hurricanes last year wiped out my old pc so lost everything that's why when i was able to get back up & running off a new & better build i noticed Serena was no longer on the banner who is now replaced by Ines.

With all that being said, I'm starting to catch up & i'm team Els but it would've been nice (at least from what i happen to know now at Round 5) that Serena would be a main LI. I think Valentine & Serena's "professional-sex buddy" relationship could evolve because they do care about each other but meh, i respect the story the developer is telling us. Kinda like Chasing Sunsets where Tara is a mini side girl (but i hear rumblings that she may become a LI in her own stand alone game) but damn did i want Tara lol.

Anywho sorry for my rambling just know you aren't the only one that wants more of Serena! Not sure if it was just friendly banter between users

I know this is gonna go OT but I 100% relate to wanting Tara in CS. I would have dropped Jaye and Mallory in a heartbeat if Tara was on the table.

As far as Serena, I would have enjoyed more. Lamentable.
