So far, there isn't any in-game effect from them, but it's generally understood that they represent Ines's desire to protect Vi. So if the MC makes choices that reinforce the image of him being a womanizer, Ines get's more protective since she knows how strongly Vi feels about MC and doesn't want her getting hurt. What does desire to protect point mean with lnes?
Having recently played the prior game The Author, I just don't see it. If this game is anything like that one, you'll be able to heavily pursue all the main LIs up until a point where you have to commit to one (or a throuple). Sleeping around before that point didn't have any real negative outcomes in the endings, though because of branching scene choices, you might not have had enough relationship points to have one of the LIs as a commitment option.Rehwyn
After Reading the L bombs from Els path i dont imagine how to exit that ship.
Maybe the plot is going into Cal+ Els main wife and approved gfs. I cant imagine a organic way to fully reject her after leading to this point.
Having a sad end would be kino for me being a drama queen.
Thank you! This is actually what it was. It wasn't moving the .exe's into the Quarantine like usual, it was just blocking it completely.something is preventing game.exe to load, it can be antivirus or microsoft defender.
I'm not too sure about the lack of relationship points. It's much, much harder to just be someone's friend in this. If the MC is ever so slightly affectionate or a slightly good person the LIs are head over heels for him. It kind of makes it a chore to get the friend version of some scenes. Which is too bad because the roof top friend scene with Els is way more romantic than the over sexualized pool scene for her "love". I get that it's an AVN but they all revolve around sex in the end, there is no "getting to know", If you don't sleep with them you don't progress with the relationship. It doesn't matter what their love is.Having recently played the prior game The Author, I just don't see it. Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but from what I can tell about the dev, they like to include heavy topics in their narratives, but trend towards optimistic endings where the characters have made progress towards healing.
I think with Kana, you have the opportunity to tell her you're only after her, but that's so far only had minor consequences if not true.As for not punishing the players for testing the waters, that's all it's ever been so far. You are never given the option to say you want more so it's pretty irrelevant up to this point. You can say you love two of them but it's still all just casual sex with whoever.
For me the gallery_mod folder is missing and the doesn't work for me currentlyGallery mod is up to date.![]()
probably a typo...there are 96 animations in total. Is that a type in the changelog, or there are 51 animations in this update?
96 sounds kinda low for the whole avn or am i wrong?probably a typo...there are 96 animations in total.
all of those are put in the same folder and arent labelled per chapter/part so it is kinda hard to separate them. regardless, majority of animations seem to be "older", so highly unlikely there are 51 animations just in this latest chapter.

Based on name and file date, it looks like there's 20 new animation files for Chapter 7, but many of these are a "Supercut" that consists of 2-3 animations chained together into a longer video file. So it actually is believable to me that if you count the individual animations in a supercut separately that there were 51 new animations. And the animation quality actually seemed a good bit better in Chapter 7 to me in most cases.96 sounds kinda low for the whole avn or am i wrong?
Unfortunaly the animations are by far the worst part of the avn anyway so i dont really care that much
what "name", - "Viridiana1Cam1", "Viridiana1Cam2", "Viridiana1Cam3", "Viridiana2Cam1" etc?Based on name and file date, it looks like there's 20 new animation files for Chapter 7, but many of these are a "Supercut" that consists of 2-3 animations chained together into a longer video file. P.S. There's a lot of potential sex in Chapter 7, if you haven't guessed based on the animation count.![]()

most of those animations are 9-10s long...not sure about "supercuts consisting of 2-3 animations chained together" (to make those 9-10s lengthy animations), yet even if that would be true it is more like counting how many renders every animations has and then counting them as total images/renders count for update.
personally dont care much about animations, checked it out only to answer question from above.
the game is good, it isnt lacking in scenes either, so from my side i can only wish for more games at this quality level.
hmm, yeah probably your explanation is a valid one.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
Those are the names I mean (not sure why the Ines ones don't have PartSeven in the name, but they're also in this update). Most of these are closer to 24-36 seconds long also, essentially made up of the equivalent of 3 animations from previous updates cut together with a camera shift differentiating them.
The best way I think I can put it is that outside of Cal's sexual attraction towards Vi, I just didn't feel like their relationship developed enough past what already was established at the start.Vi and Cal trauma is past history by now, I mean there are still some traumas about it but that was a long time ago. They have learned to live with it and moved on with their lives. Now they're discovering another layer to their relationship, sex and love.
Elspeth route feels like if she sees Carl as her port in the storm. She has ghosts from her past to deal with just like Carl, so yeah, I expect drama there because they're broken.
Last point depends on how you play. I have a save being loyal to Els, Carl's monologues are about how he wants to change when confronted with free pussy and he stays loyal..
But both of these occurrences that you two mentioned are consequences of player choices rather than character actions, and only really have effect if you are using walkthroughs and you know that the path you are taking will create a more satisfying story for yourself. It's worth noting that you don't have to have sex the first time it becomes available with the main LIs, so you have some control regarding how fast things get sexually intimate. For example, for Vi if you don't initiate sex in Mallorca she'll eventually initiate it herself after you get home. Only if you reject her then do you end up in the permanent friend zone. Similar branched paths are available for Amrit, Els, and Kana.
I actually just checked, and if you take your time with each main LI, the first time you have sex with each LI is Ch 5 for Amrit, Ch 7 for Kana and Vi, and still haven't with Els. For Ines, we can't really know for sure since her first opportunity for sex was in the Ch 7 (the latest release), but it's worth noting if you don't initiate it there, it doesn't toggle any "permanentfriendzone" variable, which is eventually what happens if you reject the others too many times, so it's a pretty safe assumption there will be future opportunities.
Part of the whole point of choice in a visual novel is that player choice dictates character actions to some degree. In effect, there's multiple different "versions" of the main character and story, and the player chooses which one is canon. But both of these occurrences that you two mentioned are consequences of player choices rather than character actions, and only really have effect if you are using walkthroughs and you know that the path you are taking will create a more satisfying story for yourself.
That's pretty much by design, as I mentioned a couple days ago.Thinking about it though, the better word to use here is conflict. There just is not enough interpersonal conflict between the characters at all. It's why I think I am interested more into the characters related to Cal's service than the three teens + Kana, there is a hope that something will arise from their shared trauma.
Just download the zip file and unzip it in the game folder as instructed. For me the gallery_mod folder is missing and the doesn't work for me currently
That just calls on my previous comment. A great deal of them rely on sex. Assuming it's around the half way mark it seems strange that you can lock out at least two paths but you can't say you want something more substantial. I also get that a big part of it is "he's still too messed up for a relationship" but that can't go on until the very end, can it?It's only later on that choosing not to have sex results in them being upset and shutting down a path, and it's immediately obvious based on their reaction, imo.
On this, I have to strongly disagree. To me it feels like no one is looking for romance or a relationship, they all just want to get laid in the end.
