I think that's the running gag and Valentine hasn't picked up on it somehow. Alistair hasn't officially confirmed it yet though.

Completely random, but I hope we brutally KO or D’arce that scumbag fighter. I have a feeling we might lose since even Valentine acknowledges how good he is. Best case scenario we have a war with him and finish him brutally.
I think he is impotent or asexual. Valentine said in their conversation that he never saw him date anyone. They have been friends for quite a long time, if Alistair was gay, wouldn't Valentine have seen him with someone at least once?
Well there was that one time he was out drinking, and he seemed pretty out of it. Fair chance something might have happened, or not happened then. I'm leaning towards gay because if he was asexual, he'd probably have said so already.
Not yet, but there's hints of some beginnings of attraction. It's speculated these variables will be important later on when it comes to the throuple paths.

I feel like I may have asked this before but I'm going to ask again - There's no cheating or harem tag, So is there any consequences with sleeping around with everyone? If so I'll stick to the Elspeth path but I always feel bad for Amrit and Vi and want to give them a chance
There definitely will be consequences in the sense that the LIs will soon figure out that you are sleeping with each of them. You can only do Throuple paths with no consequences. Otherwise, I'm sure it wont work out well with them.
Clearly Elspeth knows the MC is sleeping with both her and Vi. While not enthusiastic, she hasn't set out any ultimatums. Also, some of the other girls are clearly aware of the MC's relationships with each other (Amrit, Vi, Kana, etc.). While I agree that it is unsustainable, it feels like there will at least be some "you gotta choose" warnings before things come off the rails.
I never committed to multiple girls but following what you are saying, then it will definitely have an effect if he keeps fooling around with the LIs at once. To me, Valentine would realistically not be a playboy and would really commit to one person. That’s how I imagine the canon would go.
