Just wanted to share a cute little render, it's not part of the game, just thought you'd like to see Vi... or it's a subtle clue that has things hidden in it that I'll point out in a few months. Who knows? I can't recall if I've mentioned it here, but in an effort to future proof myself for the next few updates I've updated all the characters to Gen 8.1. As we continue on you're probably going to see me phase the newer models into the game to ensure they're looking as pretty as possible. Now on to business.
Progress report:
Writing is at 95%... Wait a second that went down! As I went through the script I decided one of the scenes needed a bit of a rework, hence the drop in percentage. Nothing major, but I wanted to note it.
About 511 renders complete with full postwork, 52 waiting to be rendered. As noted last week I'm moving into a much more complicated scene so render progress is a bit slower. Once this scene is finished I'll have a better idea of exactly how many renders this update will contain in total, so I'll be able to give a more concrete percentage of about where we're at with those.
No new animations the past week. The focus is getting this scene posed before I start back up with those.

About 600 renders complete with full postwork, 20 waiting to be rendered. As expected this heavier scene has proven to be quite the nightmare to work with, but it should be finished by this time next week, thank heavens.
No new animations, as mentioned last week I have them on hold until the mongo scene gets finished up and I find myself with a little more time.
I'll be taking today to finish up the rest of my customs and such and then tomorrow back to the old grindstone.

Sometimes being there 4 a lotta babes means you are outta their lives,
so Mc is now kinda rekindling his fire to actually be with someone, stop ghosting the
bombshells swarming all around him with the chatter to drive him nuts.
That picture of them is dated, sqeamish and daft ... the do look cute together.
Now they look so much more - driven into the life they live ...
Here is hope 4 their future together.

Some of you who hang around in the old discord will recognize the above. I really like this shot of Vi and felt with some tweaks it would be perfect as a title screen and so that's exactly what I did. Each update the title screens will update as the characters slowly enter new phases in their lives and relationships, just something to make note of .

About 680 renders complete with full postwork. Finally finished that huge scene, it was about as unpleasant as I expected, but after many renders and re renders I'm quite satisfied with how it's turned out. It should be relatively smooth sailing from here on out, nothing as variant is waiting in the wings thank the heavens.
Working on a new animation today, it's actually my favourite of the bunch. I wonder if you'll be able to tell when you see it. Including this one I think that's about 3 total more animations for the update, and once those are out of the way I can breathe a big sigh of relief.
Starting next week I'll be including the coding percentage in these updates, that will be giving you the best indicator of how much closer the update is, so be keeping the eye out for that.

For you someone would really have to write a game that contains either your RL wife or a red-haired, tattooed goth/punk girl named Jenny as the only LI. This is probably the only way you don't end up as a grilling, beer brewing single monk at the end of the story.Although, I am sure that I'm alone in that I will not be seeing that image in game since I am playing the MC as a newly celibate "monk".
Well, if a game had a petite blue eyed pale skinned blonde, a red-haired, tattooed goth/punk girl named Jenny, or a reasonable facsimile of Winona Ryder from the movie "Heathers" then I would be all in. Unfortunately no one has made a game to those specifications so I am able to ignore the love interests and focus on the story. TBH I usually default to any female best friend that the MC may have, then after that I go with celibate, then I go with redhead.For you someone would really have to write a game that contains either your RL wife or a red-haired, tattooed goth/punk girl named Jenny as the only LI.
