Then why the fuck have them rendered on my pc? Just put in vid. This way they actually could have rendered much better, something on yeero/lvl3toaster level, or even hydrafxUh... so you use a hack to see the scenes in a different angle/format than what the creators of the game intended. And then you complain about this? Have you tried to play the 3rd person mod for Cyberpunk?
The only thing that matter is how the scene come across as the creators intended it to be. If you don't like how they come across that is another tale though.

That isn't how rendering works, or video making works.
Yerro and HydraFX videos aren't don't have much animation to them, they have good lighting, but thats due to Blender, whereas Subverse uses Unreal Engine.

Their primary audience is the people over at steam.... Because you know.. they want to make money? Game is intended at a grown up audience that have money to throw at adult games.
If you take a gander over at the games store page at Steam, and read the presentation, so yeah. They pretty much deliver on that. Problem is people have way to high expectations.
Of the loudest critics here, how many actually thrown a dime at the game?
Like it or not, this game could become a game breaker in regard of make more (western) game studios out there consider make games for adult.

That was the problem. I had been getting through those with just the space bar or a mouse click. That was the first time it didn't work. Thanks.
This is how everything in animation and 3d modelling and game development works. You design it so what the player sees looks good, and it doesn't have to look good outside that because the player won't see it.
So? They could use blender or any other shit they could without rendering porn on my pc, prerendered vids usually looks much better.
Well there are no shortage of tossers (Well StudioFOW is a British Studio) aiming for the crown, but none of the devs have the same quality of commitment that FOW did to make this work, from holding the load so we don't get led on by breadcrumbs of an update to having a roapmap proper. Will it persuade other devs to work harder? Doubt it, but least FOW took a fraction of the time that other devs would had promised to do but didn't
Prerendered videos would prohibit being able to modify the girls, which Subverse will allow in the future with things like costume changes.
Just prerender them in other outfit. Its not like they will have 10 separate slots for pieces of clothes.

I did throw a couple of dimes their way. I spent 10 bucks on this game (some spent 30 bucks) and I bought it 15 minutes after release and downloaded it right away.
Is it worth it? 2022 or 2023 this game could be one of the best investments. Now? Not so much.
Im pretty sure they wouldn't change idiotic loop-porn, so no matter how much loops they add, its still worst 7$ spend in my case.
