I don't think/remember there are any extra outfits at this point of the game.

Maybe their loyalty mission will unlock it like Mass Effect.

to unzip .7z files you need 7zip
I advise using it anyways - its free, open source, and can do anything winRar and the like can do

The parts show up as 001,002,003... and cannot be opened as an archive with 7zip

I take it the cheat table is fucked, I have gotten to the stage where I've unlocked the upgrade UI etc, hooked to the game and the Values are just showing "??".
