Is there any tentacle stuff in this first release? I know they said that the final game wouldn't be as wild as the doujins, but I'm wondering just how far they scaled it back. I can tell from the complaining on the last few pages that there's at least a fair few monster scenes, so that's good.

Not gonna change much if that end up happening, the pre release thread for this game was already filled with NTR rant for the last 6 months or so, fucking entertaining btw.

But yeah i get you this will be amazing to behold might make for a better experience than the milf city thread even haha.
Wait was there NTR in Milfy City?

Here comes 200 pages of people whining about NTR and how their life is ruined..

Back to the game, it's surprisingly good, that may be because this is probably the first proper triple A but not really game that has sex scenes in it, but it's really well done.
There's a lot of quality cutscenes, the dialogue is funny when it needs to be and keeps things going, there's some proper voice acting, as well as some pretty unique characters.

The combat is also really decent, it's simple but interactive and adds another layer to the game other than it being about the sex, all in all, absolutely great first release.

Planned tags aren't a feature or a prerequisite, they are a courtesy. That's the problem. You can't filter or 100% rely on a courtesy.
You can't count on developers actually putting in content they planned or promised either. What you can do however is make it so that when you search or filter by a tag 90% of your results aren't alpha or betas that don't actually have the content you were looking for. Which is why they only tag for what's currently in the build posted.

Besides most of what get's posted here isn't by the developer anyway so even if you told them to include future/planned content tags it would mostly be second hand and unreliable anyway.

Well that's good to know at least.

Also am I like one of the few that expected this to be a fuck for all for the cast and not some serious "waifu" game? I always took their use of the term as being fucking tongue in cheek about it when the entire cast is filled with raging sluts.

I'm talking about Sex Scene, not the Gameplay...
it's Pre-Rendered... and guess what...
It's more likely from SFM Rendered Video that put into Unreal Engine...
So it is 1.5 Million Dollars of SFM Project after all... if you looking at Porn Aspect...
I'm gonna wait for WILD LIFE Update for the REAL Unreal Engine games....
16 GIGS of Pre-Rendered Video from SFM that put into Unreal Engine... :ROFLMAO:
I don't know why you're under the impression that FOW is still using a program that they've stated is a royal pain in the ass to work with.

God no. That would make the tag system on this site a mess and basically useless for anything but complete games which are the minority. Making it an exception for only a few tags would make it even more useless. You'd never know what was actually in the files you are downloading or what isn't but will/might be at some point in the distant future.

If this was the Steam page where they are trying to sell you the complete version then sure it should tell you but this isn't. It's a thread distributing a specific version of the game so should only tell you what is actually in the version posted. The tags get updated when the version being posted actually has that content. If the poster wants to he or she can do what many others on this site do and put a notice in the post about future/planned content.
Planned tags aren't a feature or a prerequisite, they are a courtesy. That's the problem. You can't filter or 100% rely on a courtesy.
What would be useful was adding an 2nd tag category for planned tags. For example, the current in-game tags could be red, whereas the planned tags could show up in blue/purple. These tags could then be searched/filtered for, and it would be clear whether a game currently had the content or if it was planned content for the future (e-hentai employs a few systems like this, like the male/female tagging system and having low modifiers for certain tags. I don't think giving certain tags special modifers is the optimal solution here. I'd much rather go for a two tiered tag approach).

There are other changes to the tagging system that would be useful as well, like separating NTR from Netori (aka having tags spefically for the cuck and bull perspective. One could make NTR the umbrella tag and have Netori and Netorare be branching tags. This would take some solid database work on the backend though), and separating impregnation from pregnancy, but these discussions are probably best reserved for another thread.

I'm mixed on this personally. It looks great, the soundtrack has some legit bangers and gameplay is decent if a bit simplistic. The voice acting is very hit and miss, the writing style is basically Borderlands meet 90s porno.. it tries to be funny and edgy, sometimes it works but a lot of times it doesn't. Sex scenes pretty much sets a new bar in terms of animation but it's basically just you moving a slider like the old flash games from back in the day.
