I think the game sets a new standart to Adult games in regards of 3D Modeling quality, Cinematics, Voice overs, which almost no other games have. The Gameplay is very lazy and repetitive, i totally agree but the idea of even HAVING gameplay is sooo nice to me. The Maps are all the same so are the enemies, on ground combat you oneshot everything and it rarely has any strategy in it. But like i said even just having that instead of Clicking through 10000000 lines of dialouge is a crazy step forward.

It feels like the Graphics Team is 10/10 but the gameplay team is 4/10.

But anyway - Are there any other Games qualitywise as Subverse?

I've played all 3 NLT games which are similar in the sense that you can actually do something gameplay wise and i LOVED them. I also played Carnal Instinct which was great.

Do you have any other suggestions?

What's the gameplay like? Since I'm only seeing their own sex loops when venturing to the thread. 'Open world sandbox' can mean a lot.

This is quite the pick. Dev’s been pulling high Patreon funding for years, yet still tried to also get a kickstarter for the game funded after years of early development. Didn’t work out as well for them.

That's a strange rope for them to hang themselves with. They're not selling it as "the game minus most of the lewd content" they're selling it as "the game as it is being developed", so that is what people will naturally expect when they pay for it, and when they get a whole lot of game with none of the actual stuff they wanted from that game, naturally they'll get pissy about it.

The people who backed the game, and the people who bought it, wanted porn. It would actually have made more sense to frontload the nsfw stuff and add the gameplay stuff as an afterthought rather than the reverse, because that was the idea they were selling when they made this game. Now they made some money, but their reputation is in tatters for it.

And I can almost guarantee that you're wrong, these devs have not been saving the nsfw stuff, they've just been fucking lazy with this game's development. Probably because it suits them to milk more money out of crowdfunding idiots who are actually dumb enough to still trust them after all this shit lol.

It says it's version 0.9, i take that to mean the game's about 90% complete. I doubt the 10% is just all the nsfw content that they didn't add, quite strongly. If it was, it'd be 1.0 now.

Why is this game 60+ gbs? The menus look like static images that you click, battles are isometric and are the scene real-time or videos? I'm guessing real-time coz there could be some costume choices and stuff... So what gives? I just don't see how it can be this big (pun intended)

4k vids, you can delete them from the folder to save space

No they've been saving it all up for the 1.0 launch. Given that saves will be reset then, I'd say its a good incentive for people to play through again, when there'll be plenty of new content to see.

So I played this for a bit and is it all just grinding two meh game modes to unlock different animations in the gallery?
I mean gameplay wise it feels almost worse than a kinetic novel lol. Animations are top tier for sure, but for the most part it feels like the game itself is there just to waste your time.

There’s smut in the story, it’s just not the majority. The scenes within Pandora can be boiled down to all the fucking the crew does in between the story beats. While the most relevant scenes (recruitment and devotion) are part of the story.

The longest content is also yet to be added as they chose to hold the best scenes until 1.0
