I cant believe I have been waiting for nearly 10 years for Subverse to finally finish, just to see some short clips taking away all my excitement... Back then I looked for so many ways to bypass country laws to even buy this game. Its very disappointing that Studio FOW didnt manage to bring out the hyped game they promised to. They def. worked on too many different things for the game and totally forgot what their original content was about.
Oh well. Maybe they will focus on doing animations and videos again now at least. I still remember some poor guy winning a prize back in the earlier days. A Witcher Trish animation. Im wondering if he is still waiting...

problem is the game had too much hype, it was bound to be disappointing

So canonically the MC never bangs any of the girls during the story and you just play the the game for unlocking scenes that might or might not have happened?
No character is mentioning or reacting to the many sex scenes in the game? No change in character over the course of the game? They are all omega sluts from the beginning?

Why disconnect the game and the porn from another?
To this day I don't understand why devs decide to do this format. Every time I play a game like this I loose interest to actually play it and search for an gallery unlock, because what's the point playing the game with your dick in hand, anticipating a good wank while you play and progress the game but nothing happens except you deliberately needing to go to the gallery to see some sexy times?
Is there some sort of gallery unlocker because I might as well. Playing through the story and not having sex scenes organically implemented in the game and being build upon is not what I look for in my porn games....or at least not anymore.
I don't want to sound overly negative and I will test the game by myself but I will for sure tone down my expectations big time.
Got it on Steam, sadly. It's not what it was hyped up to be. It's a long boring grindfest. So if anyone got a gallery unlocker or something, please post it.

I mean Studio did some really crazy animation stuff (some less amazing but w/e), so the hype was def deserved. Its just that they managed it poorly. Creating and doing animation stuff is completely different to making a whole new ass game after all..

The game is not bad, I actually had some fun playing it. The problem is that Subverse is NOT a "porn game". It's a "game with porn".
The animations are not part of the story and are a sequence of random videos that have no context. If they fixed that, I think it would be one of the best. But it will never happen.
If we take that into consideration, Wild Life is better, the animations are 100 times better.

I'm of the opinion where I was curious about the devotion reward cinematics as well, however...I have not viewed them all but only viewed a couple of the ones I'm slightly curious of. I'm surprised (not seen it yet) Lily has a 6 minute scene but other girls barely have 4 minutes. Tarons scene is a bit... underwhelming. Like it's hot, but, not enough cum or visible squirting for my liking.
Blythes scene has loads of good sex in it and some decent climax scenes but the jumping around/cutting is a bit distracting, I wanna see the cum persist between scenes...I want it be thicker and I want there to be MUCH more of it. Same with Sova, her scenes are really hot but the jumping around with cuts is slightly distracting... I wanna see more of that cum man, the squirting parts are really hot but I dunno...I wanna just see MORE of it and much more "persistence" between scenes.
I won't mention any more other than I am very pleased with Elas...that on the other hand, is excellent. That could easily become a 20 minute scene by itself which I'd happily pay for! It's excellent, so it's really jarring how awesome some are and a bit lacking others are of the ones I've seen.
However that's it. I won't be watching any more because funnily enough I actually like the game as well, the animations are great, the voice actresses are also very very good and deserve a TON of credit overall in my play through.
I would really like to see more animated or pandora "climax" scenes, I feel too many of the foreplay clips could easily end up in a cum shot or deeper sex but don't, I also think it would be nice to have smoother transitions between scenes and "cum" to actually..."cum" without a button press.
