Well I was hoping for something on the kickstarter page, that was what they were selling. I know they were pressured to add the whole devotion shit, it literally is confirmed in that quote. Initially those were just supposed to be loyalty quests that tell you backstory of the character.

Oh buddy, Do I have sad news to share...
Pretty much the final release was just tweaks to the gameplay with also a drop in quality as well. There are several cut scenes in the final arc that are just slide shows. Not exaggerating. Just still images with dramatic music. Only a few new scenes added in Pandora. There is zero sexual content with Celestina, nor do you unlock any new sexual content for beating the game.
The last scene in the game is watching some robot blow up. Thats it. Thats the game.

It's funny really. They did read all the complaints about the sex scenes but then state that the devotion quests are the ones that push this issue out of the water and never brought it up again.
Thing is the devotion quests and sex scenes are what....5% of a 20 hour game? If I am being generous. xD
I did sunk several hours now into the game and I admit they did got a chuckle out of me when the Fuccbots have been introduced. The random things they scream during the space flight was funny.
Then we have "P.A.N.D.O.R.A".
I take it in here I can find the bulk of the sex scenes...or can I really call them sex scenes? Many of them are just like idle animations really.
Like the one with Demi wrapped around tentacles? I clicked around and was searching for the button to escalate this scene but there is none. Or the one in which she rides a dildo. Much wow.
I guess it was too much to code catching Demi riding the dildo when you click through the ship and unlock this scene organically.
We do have the "recruitment" scenes that are part of the story but I feel like thats it for now for a long time until I spend several hours more into the game to see the devotion stuff.
FOW Studio wanted to make a proper game and to tell a smut/funny story but the porn was an afterthought in the plans. You really can't call this glorified scene viewer anything else.
Nothing wrong with that I guess. The game looks great, it runs great, animations are fluid and the VAs are really good. For a team without prior game development this is impressive but it seems they have never played a porn game before.
My expectations what this game is all about and operates were very different. Maybe that's on me and I should have gotten more information but for now I am severely dissapointed with what we got with this kind of budget.

To be honest, I tired giving a chance to the game and the story.
I gave up when the story introduced a character named Master Baiter. That was the moment I realised itwould be just like that until the end. It just doesn't click to me, but I still hope other people like it.

Yeah that's what i was saying because one comment was saying that HS has better stuff than subverse. And if I am not mistaken some of those games enhance the HS models with blender for example, so it's not always a pure HS.
