I'm glad they are getting a dedicated community manager. There are really good examples of community managers facilitating dev and fan wishes to each other in a fun and healthy way, and I hope whoever they get does that well.

Think it's just the 8.7, but it kinda show the total it's patching as well. How the patching work these days is not so much replace files, but alter the files. (I think). Been downloading patches on steam where the dl been completed and then steam spend forever to patch the damn things. A game such as "Company of Heroes 2", take like fk'n forever to update, even small downloads.

The good folks here that doesn't get it through steam, just have to download the entire thing again.

Padding on this, it’s not the whole multiple angle thing some have been asking for. You’re still limited to the given angle. You can move the camera within said frame and zoom in and out.

If creators around here started to push out almost 9 gig updates every 7 months I think people would been reasonable happy. Then again, FOW said next updates will come faster. The steam subverse folder increased to 25.5gb... So have fun download the entire thing when it become available.

I haven't downloaded all of the raw files yet. My server is at max utilization working on other things. Hopefully within the next couple days I'll have some overhead freed up. Wouldn't be shocked if the update is posted on Skidrow or Steam Underground first (I'd honestly expect it within the next 24 hours at one or both of those locations - the last update NFO was even posted on the Crackwatch subreddit indicating bigger groups are aware of the game).

I think the last major update hit Skidrow first, and before that, I had seen a torrent posted on Steam Underground that I shared here. I'll keep an eye out for that and link accordingly for people if / when I see it, but if I don't see something like that posted within the next few days, I'll try to build a torrent for people.

There isn’t really any indication what makes up a chapter, all we’ve seen this far is an act change at one point

Hang in there. It'll get cracked and posted. It's just Steam DRM which is an easy bypass for the folks who crack games. It'll just take some time for them to download the game, crack it, and then re-up it somewhere. When the GOG version eventually gets posted, a crack won't even be needed, the game will just get directly uploaded and shared.
