I cant buy the DLC since its banned in my country but I read in discord that the story and gameplay are kinda meh but the celestina pandora scenes are quite good.
But there is no devotion quest video.

Oh..and its very short!

From what I heard that is the case, although there should be some shared pandora scenes with her and some of the other girls together

The new pandora scenes are really good and are connected to the story unlike most of the pandora scenes in the original game.
The DLC is short and feels mostly like a set up for the future DLCs.

How do you start the DLC? I dont see the distress call in the quest page in the hangar o.o
Or do i need to finish fow-chan's quest first?

Yeah and it took time to make, I think they would like to make something off of it. This is content beyond what was planned in the campaign, so it should be paid for.

Also the game's like 60% off right now.
