The "ntr" are some beast scenes that you can get in the game, courtesy of a character that creates and controls them, if you want to unlock them of course, so they are optional.

Agree. Game feels actually good for a porn game, but the combat is boring and main feature - sex scenes - is lackluster. Such a letdown from StudioFow.
