IMO the adult content is more of a reward. Like getting a pretty gear in a video game over a task successfully complete. Based on the demos, we all quite expected that to be this way when this game was under development.

Unsatisfied? Don't buy it. If you were patreon, well, you paid exactly for what they promised.

Does it actually say that? I skipped through so much stuff just to see if the gallery thing was true. I'm honestly surprised more games don't try that sort of thing or just make the main character a shapeshifter to deal with this issue in general. I actually can't think of a single game where the main character is a shapeshifer. Closest thing I can think of is that tail of desire game where the main can shapeshift his dick and it isn't really used. So the game is still just full of monster rape anyways.

So they cheated with reward, because for completing their "fantastic retro gameplay" i got combination of loops (not even that good, seen much better from solo animators) instead of same loops nicely combined into scenes with dialogs.

This game is legitimately terrible. The porn animations are significantly worse than 10 second webms you can find on a /gif/ thread. Huge flop, don't know why people are sucking off StudioFOW's e-dick over this.

It's impressive just how little this game has after two years in development and $1.6m in backer money. As a point of comparison, Wild Life is going to remain a tech demo until the end of time but at least the devs on that know their audience and make updates cramming in more sex scenes, story and gameplay be damned. Studio FOW think people literally want a tacked-on glorified gallery attached to shovelware gameplay.

I think even the whole Fanbase of Studio FOW was surprised when they announced a Game even more surprised that it wont run on Source 2 ;)

They really tried to copy a Japanese like Game concept and mesh up all kinds of things together in that way it's a piece of Art :)

Though it isn't technically advanced
im only interested in the cut scene results and i see some nice things there :)

I don't post often on this site, but I have to drop a hot take after seeing all this cringey "NTR controversy" being spread everywhere regarding this game.

Guys...this is a GAME. The 3D animated characters are not your "girlfriends". It's ridiculous to think you can "self-insert" into a random male character from a fictional sci-fi universe who most likely (read "certainly") doesn't even look like you. If you geniunely can't separate fiction from reality, I'd wager that playing adult games isn't doing a whole lot for your mental health.

It's funny how the "degenerated" pervs you criticise have no issue with the presence of vanilla scenes, but if a game dares to have even 1 scene of your "waifu" doing naughty stuff with another fictional character, the anti NTR crowd explodes.

Chill out, enjoy the variety of FICTIONAL scenes made possible thanks to modern technology and divert the energy from your passionate criticisms into becoming a better person in real-life. No joke, I absolutely believe that adult content can inspire people to become fitter, stronger, etc. and help them find an actual girlfriend in real life.

It's because of empathy, we are not the character yes but it doesn't mean we can't be affected by the story. If we can put in character's shoes and he feel cheated from his partner's action, we can feel his emotion. You've never felt anything when reading a piece of fiction?

I agree though the anti-NTR crowd are annoying when they go and attack people just enjoying their fetish. It always makes me wonder what's even for them to go insult someone for their fetish in a porn forum no less. Like you say, people need to differentiate fiction and reality.
