For me? Not always the case. If I expect the v1.0 to be 5/5, then I wouldn't mind giving yet another 0.5/5 or 1.5/5 when they fucked up somewhere on releases that exceed the v1.0. I rarely give a game whether it's SFW or NSFW a 5/5, even when people are saying that the game is the GOAT.

The point is that people don't give a shit about the pandora system, no matter how many scenes they put in it, porn with no context or dialogue separated from the game is dumb, it's simple as that, you can't fix that if u don't remove the glorified gallery and start writing your porn in the story and we already know that they are not gonna do that
The Kickstarter post implied that they just tossed out the basic systems to find bugs and see what people thought about some of systems. They certainty received a bunch of bug reports as well as general design complaints. They also seemed a bit dismissive about the complaints with Pandora specifically, because of their confidence with what they haven't added to it. Hence the vr teaser which implies perhaps the implementation of free cam or at the very least multiple angles. We'll have to wait and see if that's true or not but it's believable.
Because, not everyone seem to fancy heavy spunk loaded balls of some xeno beast unload into their waifus. The Pandora system allows for the player to unlock what they want. And as they said, the loyality chains with the waifus will give the players the interaction they wanted. At same time the more kink and fringe content get available in Pandora...
