Since there will be a modern time generation, how well do modern succubi fare against modern weapons, more specifically WMD's like chemical weapons and nukes?

Unless the gas was corrisive I don't think it would work since I don't think succubi in this universe need air. As for the others, I imagine they would work the same as on a human since the succubi are still made of biomass.

Correct. Succubus don't need to breathe. The only way they extract energy is by sucking mortal life for themselves.

Modern weapons are devastating against them. Especially if it could damage their stomach, which would make them lose energy distribution to the rest of her body and would quickly "die".
