You have to find another rock you can push into the river to cross it. Check every map section carefully. Sometimes there is more than just one exit.

Could you make a full recovery if someone like punted a succubus off you? Or is it like a point of no return once they start draining?
My mans asking the real question. Can you abuse succubi and make them have sex with you but right BEFORE you die your companion that was hiding in the bushes all along comes and slashes the succubi. Will you recover?
