If it's not written in Twine it won't necessarily be editable in Twine to any degree of usefulness, though I'm not sure whether it is or not.You can open the html file in Twine 2, so literally anyone competent with it could pick this up and continue. I looked at it and my head nearly exploded, because I am shit at learning new things.
