is anyone else not getting any animations? they say what they are doing but nothing happens? nothing if i win or lose
i feel you but there just aren't many animations
and they are mostly paizuri (which is why i buyed the game
)

Is the recollection room already translated? The entire game is "lose on purpose to see porn" which is pretty awful to have. I'm just waiting for the CG room to be finished so I can go there instead.
So do I have to re-download the full game again? Cuz the english patch is still the same one as updated in april. its still only up to part 9

I'm glad that chapter 11 is done now, i can see why it took longer than many of the others, geez mirage doesn't shut up, sort of disappointing you can't deliberately lose to the "love slave eyes" at the end too. Thankfully all of the side-levels are far smaller, so i was wondering will they be released separately or all together, has Giratena made that clear or did i miss that bit of info?
From what i understand the order of translation is roughly speaking side quests first and recollection room last, once everything else has been translated and should be largely question of playing "snap" between already translated scenes and their recollection room counterpart, i may be wrong but that seems about right from what i've read so far.

Yeah ch11 was a huge task to translate simply because like you say Mirage just talks and talks and talks haha
Her odd speaking style was a little tricky to translate naturally too, but I'm happy with how it turned out ^^

Save for the last part? I lose my data since i'm running out of space and I usually delete stuff I can easily download
All of them are at the last mission. Honestly no idea how much I played around with these characters or what difficulty I used. But they are the only saves for the last mission that I have.

What does this mean? Does it mean that the MC does not proactively romance the girls? Or perhaps that it is necessary to lose a battle to see the content? Or what does 'no reversal' entail?

It means it's purely one sided, if the player wins then the sex is curtailed and no scene plays, rather the characters "resist the pleasure" or you click the "push her away" option, this is what is required to progress, either losing in the conventional battle sense or clicking the "give in" options, of which there are many, results in full sex scenes upon losing.
At no point does a male character take the lead, the sexual content is purely female dominant, sometimes quite light fluffy seduction sometimes harder, there are no romance options, there is no "getting your own back" or any way to sexually beat the girls, rather the characters slap the succubus with swords, the succubus slaps the guys with tits, the battle is one sided, the player uses martial/conventional SRPG tactics and the enemies use pleasure attacks, though functionally it's the same thing in game.
There are full BFRPG's out there both Japanese and western, the lust grimm series and monster girl dreams are both good shouts for that genre, however Succubus Senki is not one of them, the male characters don't ever initiate the sexual content, they are always the receiver.
I downloaded the English patch and loaded my save file but it didn’t work. Do I have to re-download the whole game again?

I wonder how hard this game is if you take all weakening events. IIRC there are 2 that drains all of MC's levels (which can be worked around by never using him), 1 that takes all your gold plus some renown (just use them before the event), 1 that takes some of your units (don't know if it's random or if they pick strongest/weakest, and a bunch that cost you gold.
The bar lady will ask which tavern units you're "lending" so you can give them the lowest tier of unit just fine if you stock in advance.
