I'm still stuck at never reach 777 once.

You can't. You can only get 777 (or the 3 black things) when rolling the bonus. Look at the help on the right; there are set patterns that are the only ones that can come out.
You can get better rolls when clicking with right timing, though that requires excellent kynetic vision. Bells are probably the way to go, and there are only 3 elegible bell patterns (up, middle and one diagonal). Real profit comes from the bonus stages.

Walkthrough:
- Don't play slots at all. Sell your soul (succubus on the right of the slot machine) until you have 4000 coins - you get 50 coins a click (or ENTER).
- buy auto and auto+ from the store
- go to the slot machine, press A, space, and come back 10mn later.
- rince and repeat

Oh, there's a day pattern: every day the 3 slot machines have a different payout. If you get a very bad day, alt+F4 and restart the day on another machine.
Events are unlocked when doing other stuff: toilet, spa, restaurant... That's how you unlock girls (2000 in the shop, after seeing the event). The goal is to get 35000 coins to buy the 10 tickets.

So how do yo start the game? I first did the start me up thing but I don't have a key/ I cant find it. I also tried the other .exe file pulls up menu and but wont let you click the start button and gives a chime noise instead. Edit was fixed once I used the save above me.
