The black teacher dress can be bought after you have bought all other clothes in the market. Just speek with ... the other girl ... in the teacher room in school after everything has been bought.

it probably mean that the same event (tutoring) will give you 3 different little event
- staying in the room and looking for the toys
- going to bathroom with underwears
- going to bathroom without underwear
