That looks like Luna translator + qwen 2.5 + extra code. You can also just use
You must be registered to see the links
and qwen 2.5 directly. Luna Translator supports both Sugoi and LLMs.

Do you guy know how to make the audio video translator not making a translated line longer than a specified time in .srt file (line break)? There are some translated line with almost 2mins long that takes half a screen.

Just use Aegisub to break/retime lines however you want.
