Why dint they fix all those freaking bugs and released it? Now after few days they will say, missing SFx scene added ! It's gonna be v.x6.3.a-b-d-e-f-inal version S1-(actually we didn't find those segments of scene and after fixing bugs and added missing scenes, here it goes, v.x6.3+++++++++++
They will only fix bugs if they know they are there, so as more people play the update, bugs are more likely to be found - you can do testing, but chances are there will always be something that doesn't get picked up because no one found it...

Generally speaking, you will always get a couple of bugfix "updates" - there's no new content, just little tweaks to what you've already got, to improve gameplay. This is the same for any game, including those by big studios, so it's nothing new.

Yet again... read the changelog. Since ver 0.4, each update has come with the main version update and one bugfix to fix bugs that were missed during testing. There is no reason to assume it'll be any different with 0.6. And if there ends up being a second bugfix patch the who the fuck really cares? Dumber complaint than the toaster shit.

If there s nothing updated and included even a single scene or dialogue then they should not change the released version! (Instead posting SH-v0.6- (Neptune-bug fixed :D ;)) preez enejoyo!

Not a good comparison to make there, sorry. With stuff like games, they do of course test before release, but the thing is, no matter how well they test (usually with the specific intention of trying to break it, so those bugs are found and fixed before release) there will almost always be something they miss because they haven't tried playing it in this random little way that a small number of players do. It might literally be going from x screen to y screen, while most people would get to y screen from z screen instead.

I think with all these posts today, it's clear that you have the wrong impression of how a release works and the follow-up patches that you pretty much always get to follow a main release.

The release is (in this case) 0.6. The patch/bugfix is 0.6.1. If it was an actual new release, it would be 0.7 - that's just how version numbering works.

Software is commonly versioned in this way. It's called semantic versioning and it's a standard. Major updates, minor updates, and patches are separated by a period. In this case, the game itself is denoted by the first number (0), the update version the second number (6), and patches are denoted by the third. Hence why it's numbered as 0.6.1. If there was another patch after this, it would be called 0.6.2.

Sorry to debunk your crackpot theories.

Thx nothing that requires a replay I hope
It's not unless you want every single word spelled correctly, which mostly likely is not the case, I doubt every single grammar error is fixed, they never really are in these games. Changes from v0.6 to v0.6.1 are just spelling, so if you already played, there is zero reason to replay.
